My moving day changed suddenly, but they changed their plans for me. They dealt with a tricky staircase at my new place without any problems.
The crew appeared to be moving too quickly when handling some of the heavier furniture. They struggled with a tight corner and came close to damaging the surrounding area. Slowing down and planning the route first would have been better. The handling felt unnecessarily rushed.
I appreciated how easy it was to get everything arranged in the beginning. I did not have to go back and forth too much to confirm details, which saved me time. On the day itself, things were moving smoothly, and I did not feel the need to step in or manage anything.
When I unpacked my boxes, I found random items shoved in with my toiletries. There was a dirty rag in the same box as my clean towels. It was totally unsanitary.

We had a good experience. Our job was small, and it was tough to find help, but we're glad we found them. Robert and William showed up on time, even a few minutes early. They handled our stuff with a lot of care. They were so concerned about our furniture that they asked for a blanket to put between pieces of a plastic desk.
This company made our cross-country move a little easier. They packed room by room and maintained good organization throughout the process. Unloading is equally as efficient as loading. Excellent customer service by all parties.
Several awkward frames were too big to fit with the standard-size frames and needed special attention, and a few of the frames were built by hand to fit the padding and keep them safe.
We wouldn't hesitate to work with the company again or suggest them to others if the chance came. I appreciate you considering my request very much.
