We had a good experience. Our job was small, and it was tough to find help, but we're glad we found them. Robert and William showed up on time, even a few minutes early. They handled our stuff with a lot of care. They were so concerned about our furniture that they asked for a blanket to put between pieces of a plastic desk.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the overall experience. The team was well organized, communicated clearly, and treated me with respect at every stage. Their commitment to excellent customer service really stood out.
The crew worked together efficiently and handled each item carefully. They made sure everything was placed where requested after unloading. The move was completed without unnecessary delays.
If you decide to use this company, I highly recommend you ask for a walk through quote and not one over the phone based on the items you go over/describe to Mike. Otherwise, you will most likely receive an updated quote at a higher rate the day of pick up. The company is not really attentive once the deposit is made and any missed/damage items will be a challenge getting replaced. My experience with this company was absolutely awful, and I would not recommend
