Would not Recommend

If you decide to use this company, I highly recommend you ask for a walk through quote and not one over the phone based on the items you go over/describe to Mike. Otherwise, you will most likely receive an updated quote at a higher rate the day of pick up. The company is not really attentive once the deposit is made and any missed/damage items will be a challenge getting replaced. My experience with this company was absolutely awful, and I would not recommend

Couldn't have gone better.

I had a lot of stuff to get to the storage unit before the end of the weekend, and this team made it happen. They arrived around 9 in the morning and started packing all the things right away. All my personal stuff was in the truck for a few hours, and during the unloading, each item was delivered safely.

Wouldn't recommend

Wouldn't recommend, they don’t cover what they promise over the phone . Raise your rates at both pick up and drop off. Stolen items . Broken furniture, they broke my tv also .

Beware Unprofessional Company.

I noticed that several boxes had been handled roughly when they arrived at the new home. A few items inside needed to be rearranged before I could unpack properly. I expected more care with my belongings. Overall, I was disappointed with the handling.
