Delivery, promised for Saturday, was repeatedly delayed with poor communication, finally arriving Thursday with only one mover, forcing me to help unload. We found a roach in our belongings and damaged boxes. Customer service was unresponsive; after weeks of chasing, they offered a measly $5.40 for our troubles. Miscommunications, broken promises, and unprofessional conduct made this a nightmare. I strongly advise against using this company and will continue sharing my experience until they make this right. They stacked them on top so they would not get crushed. They also handled my heavy refrigerator with ease. I am happy that nothing broke during the trip.
