I was impressed with how careful the movers were with my belongings. They wrapped everything securely and handled even the heavy furniture with ease. The move went smoothly, and I highly recommend them.
Some movers make you feel like you're bothering them, but not these guys. Jeffrey asked if I wanted my dresser in the left corner or the right corner. I wasn't expecting to actually feel less stressed after a move.
The folks helping us relocate from NV to WV was a lot of work, but it was worth it. I also packed away all of my paintings and sculptures. The correctness and care with which the dishes and china were handled made me very delighted, as my wife places a high value on them. Amazingly, everything made it to WV without a scratch.
Best decision I made during this whole moving process was booking these guys early. Everything else about moving was a headache, but this part was not. Would absolutely use them again if I ever have to do this again.
Coastal Moving Services provided an utterly disappointing and unprofessional experience. Quoted $2,200 for a move, including extra furniture, we paid a $1,400 deposit. The pickup truck arrived 3.5 hours late, marked “Golden Glove Movers,” and we were shocked with a $3,500 bill despite no significant additional items. Delivery, promised for Saturday, was repeatedly delayed with poor communication, finally arriving Thursday with only one mover, forcing me to help unload. We found a roach in our belongings and damaged boxes. Customer service was unresponsive; after weeks of chasing, they offered a measly $5.40 for our troubles. Miscommunications, broken promises, and unprofessional conduct made this a nightmare. I strongly advise against using this company and will continue sharing my experience until they make this right. Save yourself the stress—choose a reliable mover!

My old house had three flights of stairs, and I thought moving day would be a nightmare. The crew carried heavy furniture up and down like it was nothing. They didn’t bump into a single wall or railing. They worked fast but stayed polite the whole time.
If you decide to use this company, I highly recommend you ask for a walk through quote and not one over the phone based on the items you go over/describe to Mike. Otherwise, you will most likely receive an updated quote at a higher rate the day of pick up. The company is not really attentive once the deposit is made and any missed/damage items will be a challenge getting replaced. My experience with this company was absolutely awful, and I would not recommend

The people who loaded and emptied the car did a great job. Because The Golden Glove Movers moved our furniture and other things without breaking, we have no problem telling anyone who needs a reliable, quick, and friendly moving service about them.
