The relocation process went great! We already had transferred some things to our new house but for the large furniture we needed some professional help. Thanks for helping us

We had already sold our house and needed to move fast. No company was able to move us in less than two weeks and then I found Global trans van lines. One of the sales representatives is my mom’s acquaintance and he helped us with everything. We were moved very quickly and for a reasonable price. It was absolutely great! I was not disappointed!

I hate moving to another state where distance from point A to B matters a lot. I don’t like the pressure and it’s a big pain. But I had to, so I hired Global trans van lines based on good reviews. And guess what, I was not disappointed! The guys came and packed my entire home very easily and swiftly. They did not mind my million questions and they always cared for my belongings. In just a few weeks my belongings were delivered to me in one piece. They took all the stress out.

The best I assure you!

They are obviously an “A” rated company. They executed a fast move for us but the rate was fairly reasonable. It was a long distance move and there are very few moving companies to whom I could rely on. Global trans van lines proved their credibility to my brother and he recommended them very highly. They do an awesome job indeed! I had experience before with so many companies who show something but do something else but these guys don't belong in those types of companies. They were great! No complaints at all! I strongly recommend them.

Bait-and-switch pricing, delayed delivery, and terrible customer service—avoid!

I originally chose Global Trans Van Lines because the salesperson was accommodating, assured us they were a direct carrier (not a broker), and didn't apply the high-pressure tactics that other companies used to get a deposit. Unfortunately, three weeks after our delivery, I have three major complaints: 1. Bait-and-Switch Estimate: They do not offer binding estimates. Despite a video call to account for every item and avoid surprises, the movers claimed we had an additional 200 cubic feet of belongings on moving day, adding $1,000 to our estimate. We quickly realized this extra volume was because they left chairs and desks fully assembled to take up more space. We had to dismantle the furniture ourselves with a screwdriver, reducing the overcharge to $300. Additionally, they made us write our partial payment check to a completely different company, indicating that Global Trans Van Lines likely brokered out the job despite their initial promises. 2. Severe Scheduling Delays: A specific delivery window was our top priority due to frequent work travel. The salesperson assured us that by picking up our belongings a week early, they would arrive on time. Instead, they held our items for two extra weeks and blamed us for supposedly setting up the delivery date "wrong"—even though the salesperson handled all these details. We were left without our belongings (and a place to comfortably live) for three weeks, and we had to cancel two weeks of work trips because they couldn't give us a clear delivery date. 3. Damaged Items and Ignored Claims: I was willing to overlook the delays and estimate changes, but our belongings arrived damaged, including a completely destroyed desk and shoe rack. The salesperson promised to send claim information but never did. When I emailed photos and the bill of lading noting the damage, they promised a review within 48 hours. A week later, after I followed up because I desperately needed the desk for work, they responded by asking me to resubmit the exact same information. It has been another week since I resubmitted everything, and I have received zero response or acknowledgment. In summary, the post-deposit experience has been incredibly disappointing. Once they had our money, they showed zero interest in customer service and operated exactly like the sketchy brokers they claimed not to be.

Just the way I wanted it to go

My husband and I did a long distance move when I got my job there. It wasn’t an easy step, but it had to be done, so we decided to get a company to do it. Very skilled and efficient

We needed a very skilled and experienced moving company to do our long distance because we were moving heavy stuff. We had to go through a lot of reviews to choose the best of the best and that is how we came across global trans van lines. Very responsible

They are very responsible. They always responded to my emails and calls. It’s rare onwards to find good customer service. The guys who came to pack were very efficient. They took care of everything.
