Worst experience
Had the displeasure of dealing with Thomas. They added extra charges wherever possible. Was told at drop off to pay additional $350 or they will leave the stuff on the road. Lost some boxes and was offered $7 per box in compensation. Do NOT use this broker as they will back out at every possible step and rub the contract in your face which of course will favor them.

Anthony and his crew did a great job with our big couches, and they placed them in our new place without any trouble. They were friendly too! I would absolutely recommend this company.

They performed a fantastic job
Robert and his team were fantastic. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire moving process, which is no easy feat. Moving requires a lot of energy, strength, and patience, but these guys remained positive, lighthearted, and kept cracking jokes all day long. Their humor made our stressful day much more bearable. He even dropped off boxes days prior and offered to oversee other moving projects we had in progress. Overall, a great company that I highly recommend!

Great Work
I used Five Star Moving to relocate from California to Virginia for my job. I didnt want to see the beach go but they truly helped ease my stress by providing fantastic customer service and treating me an my belongings with such care and respect. I am planning on going back to Cali one day and when I do, I will be calling Five Star again. Highly recommend.

Our movers were Great.
After a long and tiring move, the last thing we wanted to do was unpack. The specialists on their team didn’t waste time getting to work unloading and arranging all of our belongings and also helped me to fix my automatic washing machine. They helped set up the room and assemble the furniture as well.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
This was the worst moving experience ever. We were giving a price months before and then 2 weeks before we were charged a higher price(that we paid) then on the day they came to pick up(the day before we moved) they charged me double the price becuse they knew I had no other option to move. The movers who came told my wife and I that 5 Star was lies to people all the time.

An outstanding move!
Five Star Moving Company was contracted for my move from another company, and Timothy and the team were excellent! They carefully wrapped all the furniture and efficiently handled the process. Helpful and considerate, I recommend using the company directly for another move.
