We were giving a price months before and then 2 weeks before we were charged a higher price(that we paid) then on the day they came to pick up(the day before we moved) they charged me double the price becuse they knew I had no other option to move. The movers who came told my wife and I that 5 Star was lies to people all the time.

Lost some boxes and was offered $7 per box in compensation. Do NOT use this broker as they will back out at every possible step and rub the contract in your face which of course will favor them.

Moving requires a lot of energy, strength, and patience, but these guys remained positive, lighthearted, and kept cracking jokes all day long. Their humor made our stressful day much more bearable. He even dropped off boxes days prior and offered to oversee other moving projects we had in progress. Overall, a great company that I highly recommend!
