My experience with First National Van Lines was great.

My experience with First National Van Lines was great. They were very responsive, quick, and helpful. I was amazed at their efficiency during the move! All of the movers wore masks and made the experience safe during the pandemic. A day before my move I had to organize storage for all my stuff and they helped me with that despite the last minute notice. I highly recommend this company! I will definitely use their services again for my next move.

Excellent movers.

Excellent movers. I have used them 2 times and have only good things to say. They are punctual, take care with my items, and are efficient. I have recommended these movers to friends and everyone has loved this moving company.

Awesome!

First National Van Lines has been there for my family and I on several occasions. From small moves for donations to large whole house moves. Their staff is professional and hard working. They arrive and end on time to be cost effective. I trust them with my valuable merchandise because they go the extra mile to take care of my items. I highly recommended them for your next move!

Hidden fees and broken belongings

Our experience with First National Van Lines was subpar. The original broker of our contract misled us regarding how the belongings would be packaged and what would be included in the pricing. The movers showed up and wanted to charge extra to move what was already listed on the contract. Because of the language barrier, we spent half our day going back and forth with corporate. When the items arrived, every box contained something that had broken in transit. And the beds were not accurately re-assembled. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent movers, fair price.

Excellent movers, fair price. They stuck around and waited when the elevator in my new building was occupied by my roommates movers (who were not efficient at all), and it didn’t even matter much because they were so efficient with everything. Nothing was damaged, will be using them again.

Very Smooth Transition!

We hired this company with great success. The process is amazing to watch, as they pack your items up. The men work like worker bees. We treated the men to lunch, and they were very pleasant to talk to. We paid a little more than a competitors quote, but the service we received was worth the slight difference in price. It just felt right, and it was. We highly recommend First National.

Whole process so easy!

I am extremely pleased with the kindness, attention and dedication that everyone at First National has exhibited. They work extremely hard to accommodate the client, and have been honest and thorough. I trust them wholeheartedly, knowing how much credit they all deserve.
