Read More I hired Emerald to move me from Knoxville TN to Sebring Florida. I paid a large deposit and 30 days prior to my move paid another large deposit. Confirmed with the company when my move was scheduled for. The 2nd day before my move of June 5 still nobody contacted me to confirm when they would be here. Emerald customer service was non existent and I eventually hired another crooked moving company because nobody ever was going to pick up my stuff. NEVER USE THESE CROOKS. You know when they will not take a credit card they are crooked and want no accountablity. SAVE YOUR MONEY HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. I have asked for my 2nd deposit back and they refuse and I know otheres have had similar experiences with them.

I have not ever moved on my own before but my booking call was fairly simple, I just was not sure of my box count. Luckily I got to tidy up all those lose ends before pickup and everything was very smooth and efficient. Surprisingly so actually. Very satisfied, thank you Emerald!

Read More I requested a quote got 100 calls promising best lowest price frome nicest young lady just sweet as could be said didn't need to have exact count of items didn't sent someone to help inventory pre packed storage unit estimated Conte n to by size of unit and I itemized few misc thing I remembered as a elderly disabled widow of active war veteran I explained I needed more time to verify items on own had newborn baby crying while in call don't worry she said we run our own trucks everything will be fine we will get your things there..a man then messages you for quality call you missed when never received call saying if don't have exact list of items you will get charged prime rate when call back there he's mean cold says I didn't have exact info of what was in storage and my responsibility now after I already left for new home 800 miles away with kids in my wheelchair refuse to send someone to locker for viewing and accurate quote increases my shipping by over 2000.00 Says if don't pay won't deliver my things will leave my stuff behind if I cancel I lose deposit so he doesn't care what I decide to do not his problem if I get my stuff harshly every comment I made told me he didn't have time to deal with me pay it or don't wouldn't help walk me thru online re agreement like lady did to start agreement now wish just took loss of deposit sitting here scared I was scammed and my kids will never get stuff ..praying to God we just didn't spend every last penny we had to this terrible man I would never recommend this company poor business tactics just sad that companies resort to white collar thievery from senior citizens then it fugitive you thru making Review to make you give up erasing info making fill it out over n over

Everything was wrapped and protected and not one item got damaged. They were professional kind and patient. The team worked collaboratively which you don’t always see. Thank you for all your hard work I was very pleased with the service.
