Dan and Russell arrived a few minutes early and were very professional and courteous. They took care of our job very efficiently and with no problems. I would recommend Elite Van Lines to anyone.
It's been a few months since my cross country move with this company. Have a page of issues but most important one is the false quotes they give. Started at $4000 and ended at over$13,000. I counted boxes, measured furniture and went over all I was moving for an hour with Erik. His quote took it to about $9000. When movers showed up a day after promised, price went above that. If I didn't pay what they said, my furniture on the street wasn't going to be taken. No option but to pay more. Please only use BBB accredited movers with good ratings. A box was missing and after notification, nothing was done. Only good thing was the professional staff who brought my things to my Pennsylvania home. Were on time and worked quickly. If you enjoy a stressful move, use this company. They are difficult to reach once they start receiving money from you and do not notify you of move dates unless you continue to try to reach them. I was looking forward to returning to Pennsylvania but this company added unbelievable stress.
I have never hired a professional mover before and to be honest I was pretty nervous about it. Russell, the team lead for the job was pleasant, easy going and very professional and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. His assistants were quick, friendly and obliging. I am extremely impressed with the whole experience. Thank you.
If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. My initial conversation with Sheila for my move was wonderful, that conversation was the ONLY one where I felt satisfied with my service. During the time of dealing with Elite Van Lines, my items were transferred from truck to truck, put into storage when it was not requested, it took just shy of six weeks for delivery to my destination, and then I was told I owed even more which the amount then changed when I brought it up from 450$ to 150$ when they were already aware of what to expect at destination location. I take responsibility for the fact that I have not paid the extra 150$ because the entire situation is completely abnormal and seems bordering on criminal with how they handled it. This is not to mention that I received a call from a gentleman in Alaska who received items from my move. He is shipping those items to me which is incurring an additional 120$ amount. There are items/boxes that are as yet lost or unaccounted for. Total paid to company is 3,759.14$ which was 1221.53$ deposit, 1287.61$ on day of pickup and 1250$ paid on day of delivery. I have attempted to reach out to Sheila (my sales representative), Kristie (the “customer service manager”), and the regular customer service team on multiple occasions from July 2nd to today’s date (August 5th) with messages and texts left to request a callback or correspondence in regard to resolving this but without any communication whatsoever. I am seeking reimbursement for the shipping cost from Alaska, the lost items, and the inconvenience of time and no communication.
I contacted a site that connected me with Elite Van Lines. I literally needed movers same week and everyone was quoting crazy prices. Elite Van Lines was a miracle, they were quick, they followed up and the movers were amazing! They even finished before time. Great Price Great Service. The only issue I had was a preference, they prefer you to do everything while on the phone with them, not the worst thing but wish they mentioned that method.
I have used Elite Van Lines team 3 times and each time they were professional and efficient. They have made our moves stress free! I have recommended them to 2 friends who have used them and were equally as happy. We will definitely use them again!
I chose this company because their initial quote seemed affordable, but what a mistake that was. By the end of the move, I was hit with all kinds of hidden charges. They charged extra for stairs, tape, and even for using blankets to protect furniture, which I thought was standard. None of these fees were mentioned during the initial quote, and my final bill was nearly double. They knew I had no choice but to pay, and the whole thing felt like a scam.
Elite Van Lines were the best movers I've ever hired. Professional, helpful, and hardworking. Got everything unloaded and organized quickly. Didn't waste any time or money. Just awesome. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.
Recently I moved from NY to Florida . Elite Van Lines team were on time and all work was done in the time estimated . Very professional and friendly. I found them randomly online at last minute but they made everything happen according to my time slots. Thank you for making my first experience of moving hassle free.
I was told one price. The price changed THEN I had to wait an extra 3 months to get my items. After calling consistently, I was told my items were going to be dropped off WITHOUT having to pay the drop off fee. That was a lie. AFTER paying the drop off fee I was told I'd get a refund for it. My number got blocked after I reached out to provide them the info. STAY AWAY!
