Service provided was done on very short notice. Russell and his team arrived precisely on time, and worked quickly, quietly and efficiently, completing the task as promised and for the rate quoted. Having been professionally involved in working with movers for many years, I would recommend them highly for any job, big or small.

Recently I moved from NY to Florida
Recently I moved from NY to Florida . Elite Van Lines team were on time and all work was done in the time estimated . Very professional and friendly. I found them randomly online at last minute but they made everything happen according to my time slots. Thank you for making my first experience of moving hassle free.

Moved now 4 times in Florida, and Elite Van Lines has by far been the most professional, efficient and pleasant experience I have had. You are in good hands, Dan and his team took apart bigger pieces, wrapped carefully and reassembled in our new apartment. Items were placed specifically where we wanted them set-up in the new apartment. The move was very quick, but that didn't result in sloppy or careless work. Not a single damaged box or item, would recommend highly. Team comes prepared with extra supplies if you have extra items unpacked or things that need special attention (ie art, lighting, etc.).

Worst !!!
I chose this company because their initial quote seemed affordable, but what a mistake that was. By the end of the move, I was hit with all kinds of hidden charges. They charged extra for stairs, tape, and even for using blankets to protect furniture, which I thought was standard. None of these fees were mentioned during the initial quote, and my final bill was nearly double. They knew I had no choice but to pay, and the whole thing felt like a scam.

BAD PEOPLE!
I was told one price. The price changed THEN I had to wait an extra 3 months to get my items. After calling consistently, I was told my items were going to be dropped off WITHOUT having to pay the drop off fee. That was a lie. AFTER paying the drop off fee I was told I'd get a refund for it. My number got blocked after I reached out to provide them the info. STAY AWAY!

Elite Van Lines team were fast, efficient and professional. Just get out of their way and they will have you moved out and in in no time flat. Even assembled all the furniture they took apart. Very pleased. Helpful friendly guys.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. One of the worse mistakes of my life was ever calling this coming and hiring them. From the get go I felt pressured to lock with them or the quote they gave me would go away. Lies. That’s the theme of this move. After paying my deposit I looked at the quote more closely and realized they had left a lot off of what I told him. I called customer service and was told I’d have to wait until Quality assurance called me to finalize the move. The paperwork they gave me said the colony insurance of call between four and seven days. I started getting nervous because we had no more money to put towards this move and I wanted our inventory correct. After having several conversations with the customer service manager, Kristie I was told they had up to 3 days before. When asked about why my paperwork’s states differently she assured me it didn’t. More lies. 3 days before our move, after calling again, I finally got someone to call me. They kept leaving stuff off the quote and had to redo it. The third time he finally said I don’t care what goes on the truck as long as it’s not over the cubic feet. Never once was I asked specific questions like why type of dressers we had or if there were headboards, etc. even though I said it several times that I had never done this kind of move before. Also, on our paperwork, it shows where we paid $100 to secure our move date because with my husband‘s job we needed to move a certain day so that we could get Internet set up so he could work as he works from home. 24 hours prior to the first day that they say they can move you. You’re supposed to get a call with the time that the moving company will be there. This is when I find out that we will probably not be moved on the Friday that we were told and paid for that it would be a Saturday because they just couldn’t find anybody. Because we had to ask my ex-husband to come and supervise the move so that we could get started to our destination that was almost 20 hours away. It was awful. The boomers kept telling us our furniture oversize that our dressers were not single dressers, which I thought meant they were just a single dresser not that they had more than one drawers. Talked over 700 ft.³ more on the truck than was supposed to go and left a lot of important furniture back where we’re from that we would not be getting to our new place. This caused a huge issue as it would be an extra $24-$3600 just to get our furniture. as we stated before, we did not have that extra money. So here it is over two weeks later, and we still have not gotten our furniture. Just lie on top of lie on top of lie. Please do not use this company. They will not tell you the truth. They will cover up their lies with things that are very unethical and very illegal. I found out from the DOT that legally because our move was 1200 miles. They have 12 business days to get us our stuff, so we’re in that kind of time crunch where if it doesn’t show up today or tomorrow we can file a DOT complaint. Nothing but headache and heartbreak.

My hats off to you!
My sister and I had a comfortable move to our 2-bedroom apartment in TX. The movers were friendly, efficient and responsibly dealt with each task. They also made sure to add protective barriers in the trucks so the boxes and cartons would stay in their places during transit. We were over the moon when we received our valuables safely. We wholeheartedly recommend their services to everyone!

Poor estimate and poor communication
Bunch of broken and missing items on arrival. Was told I'd get a refund for those. It's been 6 months and they still haven't sent the refund. My price doubled from my quote. I ultimately had to leave stuff behind and throw a ton of things away. I gave exact dimensions for everything I was packing PLUS 10 additional big boxes just in case (which I didn't need). Didn't matter. Driver showed up, loaded all my stuff, and then AFTER he had everything I own loaded, said it took up more space than he thought so I owe him more (which is illegal btw). He made me unload furniture from his truck myself to try to reduce the price to closer to what I was quoted. It was all super shady and I was threatened multiple times ("Well I have all your stuff now, so you can either pay me what I'm telling you orrrr...") I called Kristie at customer service and she said "well that sucks. You should just pay him. Nothing I can do" Customer service is awful and un-responsive. Kristie seems nice but she'll gouge you, lead you on, and then leave you out in the cold. Good luck. 2/10 experience. Most of my stuff did actually show up and wasn't stolen, so that's a win. But it was for twice as much cost, headache, twice as much stuff broken, twice as long, everything... This experience was awful. Both on pickup and delivery. Scummy company

They took care of our job very efficiently
Dan and Russell arrived a few minutes early and were very professional and courteous. They took care of our job very efficiently and with no problems. I would recommend Elite Van Lines to anyone.
