Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Dan and Russell arrived a few minutes early and were very professional and courteous. They took care of our job very efficiently and with no problems. I would recommend Elite Van Lines to anyone.
Highly recommended for your relocation, very affordable, everything went smoothly. Dan was my coordinator, he was very professional, every polite and kind and he helped me through the moving process which made me feel so comfortable. Elite Van Lines is the way to go, definitely will use again in the future.
I have never hired a professional mover before and to be honest I was pretty nervous about it. Russell, the team lead for the job was pleasant, easy going and very professional and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. His assistants were quick, friendly and obliging. I am extremely impressed with the whole experience. Thank you.
I chose this company because their initial quote seemed affordable, but what a mistake that was. By the end of the move, I was hit with all kinds of hidden charges. They charged extra for stairs, tape, and even for using blankets to protect furniture, which I thought was standard. None of these fees were mentioned during the initial quote, and my final bill was nearly double. They knew I had no choice but to pay, and the whole thing felt like a scam.
I was told one price. The price changed THEN I had to wait an extra 3 months to get my items. After calling consistently, I was told my items were going to be dropped off WITHOUT having to pay the drop off fee. That was a lie. AFTER paying the drop off fee I was told I'd get a refund for it. My number got blocked after I reached out to provide them the info. STAY AWAY!
This company will talk a good talk, but will not take accountability for damaged items or missing items. And do not rely on their insurance to cover the missing items and damaged, because they will dodge you like you are a bill collector. I filled an insurance claim in March of 2024 and they swear the would call me back everytime I called.... still I wait...I called so many times and they literally ignored my calls for months to avoid paying me. Avoid this company at all cost! And if you speak with Tony, Shelia, or Kristie, hang up! They are no help at all.
We had a lot of oddly shaped items, like a guitar and a queen-sized mattress, that we were concerned about moving. The movers had a great solution for getting everything through the tight spaces and up the stairs. They used a special mattress bag and a guitar case to protect the items, and they used a hoist and a sling to lift them up. They made it look so simple and easy!
Everything went well, from getting the estimate to setting up the furniture in the new home. The preparatory communications were professional, and the movers came on time, worked carefully, and were accommodating. Strongly suggest it!
I appreciate your assistance with the wire transfer once again. The men carried out their duties with care, wisdom, and efficiency. The accomplishments of the day astounded and delighted me.
I contacted a site that connected me with Elite Van Lines. I literally needed movers same week and everyone was quoting crazy prices. Elite Van Lines was a miracle, they were quick, they followed up and the movers were amazing! They even finished before time. Great Price Great Service. The only issue I had was a preference, they prefer you to do everything while on the phone with them, not the worst thing but wish they mentioned that method.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Elite Van Lines holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
