This company LACKS INTEGRITY
This company will talk a good talk, but will not take accountability for damaged items or missing items. And do not rely on their insurance to cover the missing items and damaged, because they will dodge you like you are a bill collector. I filled an insurance claim in March of 2024 and they swear the would call me back everytime I called.... still I wait...I called so many times and they literally ignored my calls for months to avoid paying me. Avoid this company at all cost! And if you speak with Tony, Shelia, or Kristie, hang up! They are no help at all.

I'd recommend anybody and everybody to them.
Not a single complaint about Elite Van Lines and its employees. They were helpful from the minut I called Yes it's expensive but we'll worth it they treated my things as if it was their own. I live on the 3rd floor with 2 flights per floor. Not once did they complain they got my things out as quick as they could and took the time to wrap up everything and take apart what needed to be taken apart. I'd recommend anybody and everybody to them.

Team members are honest!
The movers arrived 14 minutes early and waited outside my door. I was eager to pack and move a few items with my spouse. The owner was there and actively monitored the process to ensure our items were safe.

I have never hired a professional mover
I have never hired a professional mover before and to be honest I was pretty nervous about it. Russell, the team lead for the job was pleasant, easy going and very professional and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. His assistants were quick, friendly and obliging. I am extremely impressed with the whole experience. Thank you.

Poor estimate and poor communication
Bunch of broken and missing items on arrival. Was told I'd get a refund for those. It's been 6 months and they still haven't sent the refund. My price doubled from my quote. I ultimately had to leave stuff behind and throw a ton of things away. I gave exact dimensions for everything I was packing PLUS 10 additional big boxes just in case (which I didn't need). Didn't matter. Driver showed up, loaded all my stuff, and then AFTER he had everything I own loaded, said it took up more space than he thought so I owe him more (which is illegal btw). He made me unload furniture from his truck myself to try to reduce the price to closer to what I was quoted. It was all super shady and I was threatened multiple times ("Well I have all your stuff now, so you can either pay me what I'm telling you orrrr...") I called Kristie at customer service and she said "well that sucks. You should just pay him. Nothing I can do" Customer service is awful and un-responsive. Kristie seems nice but she'll gouge you, lead you on, and then leave you out in the cold. Good luck. 2/10 experience. Most of my stuff did actually show up and wasn't stolen, so that's a win. But it was for twice as much cost, headache, twice as much stuff broken, twice as long, everything... This experience was awful. Both on pickup and delivery. Scummy company

Worst !!!
I chose this company because their initial quote seemed affordable, but what a mistake that was. By the end of the move, I was hit with all kinds of hidden charges. They charged extra for stairs, tape, and even for using blankets to protect furniture, which I thought was standard. None of these fees were mentioned during the initial quote, and my final bill was nearly double. They knew I had no choice but to pay, and the whole thing felt like a scam.

Excellent experience!
Excellent experience! Russell, our foreman, was great! He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They were very easy to schedule with and called ahead/came right on time. I will definitely use again!

Dan and the team were truly incredible.
Dan and the team were truly incredible. They went above and beyond by making sure everything was taken and put correctly in the new location. They gave great attention to detail and treated all my belongings like valuable items. They were professional and went the extra mile to deliver a stress free move. The way they could lift our heavy boxes/furniture or even disassemble the treadmill with ease shows their expertise. Tetris is their favorite game as they were able get every nook and cranny in the truck. I am a loyal customer and will ask for Russell on my next move. Worth the money!

Highly recommended for your relocation
Highly recommended for your relocation, very affordable, everything went smoothly. Dan was my coordinator, he was very professional, every polite and kind and he helped me through the moving process which made me feel so comfortable. Elite Van Lines is the way to go, definitely will use again in the future.
