First thing to note with this company is that they are a broker and not the actual movers. This became alarming when right after my move, another moving company contacted me to confirm whether I was good tomorrow for pick up. This shows a lack of professionalism and poor communication on their part. They could have offered me two different days for which I could pick up my stuff but only informed me of one. And more importantly added onto the already highly stressful situation that my possessions were taken by a group conning as my movers. They will promise a very good price right at the start but of course these prices tend to be too good to be true. I was quoted 1876 for my move from Arizona to Texas. I ended up paying 2850.68. The person I talked to explained that I was well under the 300cf base rate, and that even if I added 10 more boxes I would still have plenty of space. Well here comes their "Quality Assurance" which will ask you to list all items. I only added 13 more small items most of which are smaller than the med boxes and went to 367 cf all of a sudden which quoted me to 2472.96. These guys will also do the bare minimum of packing your thins such as not taking apart furniture to reduce cf, so you should definitely expect to pay more than what they are quoting. In addition to this, the representative I was talking to led me to believe that because my apartment had access to elevators, I would not have to pay for any other fees. But if you live on the second floor or higher of any apartment, expect to pay 75+ for "Long Carry". My unit is the closest available room to the elevator and was charged 150 extra. Apparently my room is over half the length of a football field from the parking lot because that is the distance I was charged for. As mentioned before, the movers do the bare minimum of not taking your furniture apart and just wrapping everything in blankets. They will not provide tv or bed covers, and boxes. In fact they even took the covers I provided for them and didnt return the extras leftover. The movers were extremely dirty. Not wearing any shoe protection to prevent dirt and mud from getting in my room and used a blanket covered in dirt to wrap my office chair when they had plenty of other blankets they could use. And to make matters worse, they forgot one of my items on drop off and are still trying to return it to me. There is clearly no organization in regards to your items and other items they are moving . The part where they will get most people is the fact that they deliver all of your stuff in an 18 wheeler truck. How do they expect most people to allow an 18 wheeler into apartments and certain neighborhoods? If you are not able to allow the truck into your residence, you must pay for a separate shuttle that is a dollar per cf. So I would have to pay an extra 367 out of no where to get my stuff to my new apartment. So in the end I reauested that they drop off my stuff at a place where I wasn't even moving to avoid this ridiculous fee. And they only had 1 person at the location of my drop off. So I have no idea how this guy was going to handle bringing furniture up stairs. Stay far away from these guys. They will promise you a good deal at the start but it will not turn out as they say.

They inventoried, wrapped and packed everything expertly, the team was amazing and wonderful. Everything was secured in the truck and ready to go right on time! I would use elevated movers every time we move!

Breezy Point NY to Naples Florida. Thousands in broken articles. Quoted us a price $7,495.00 for 2 bedroom home, ended up costing $16,000.00. Broken furniture, glasses, picture frames, dishes. The driver crashed into my neighbors mailbox costing us $895.00. Submitted receipts for reimbursement on August 21, 2026. It is now Oct 22, 2026. Excuse after excuse given , no reimbursement. They subcontracted with a company with no training, no packing or moving experience. If you cherish your hard earned belongings, this is not the place. Pictures included.

I moved from Florida to California so it was definitely a long move. There was a slight delay on pickup day but the movers themselves were great and affable to have around.

Moving is a major life event, and we understand how stressful the process can feel. First, we would like to clarify that Elevated Moving Experts is transparent about operating as a licensed moving coordinator/broker. This information is disclosed during the reservation process and within the signed documentation. Our role is to coordinate and arrange transportation services with licensed carriers, which is common practice within the interstate moving industry. Regarding pricing, your original estimate was based on the initial inventory list provided at the time of reservation. That inventory placed your move well below the 300 cubic foot minimum allocation. During the Quality Assurance process, which exists specifically to protect customers from day-of-move surprises, additional items and services were added to the move. The final inventory adjustment brought the shipment closer to 400 cubic feet. The revised pricing reflected the increased space required as well as additional requested packing services. You were only charged for the additional space and services added beyond the original estimate. The Quality Assurance process is specifically designed to ensure customers have an opportunity to review and update inventory before pickup so adjustments can be addressed in advance rather than creating larger issues on moving day. This process prevented unexpected charges at pickup and allowed pricing to be updated beforehand. As for accessorial fees such as stair charges and long carry fees, these are standard industry charges and are clearly outlined in the Additional Services and Fee section reviewed with every customer before reservation. Long carry fees are determined by the distance movers must transport items from the truck to the residence entrance and are assessed based on actual site conditions. Stair fees similarly apply where applicable and are disclosed in advance. Concerning furniture preparation, carriers utilize methods they determine are safest and most efficient based on the move. Not all furniture requires disassembly, and decisions regarding item preparation are made according to operational and safety needs. Protective wrapping and transit blankets are standard procedures, while specialty materials and packing supplies may be separate services depending on the customer's selections. We are also disappointed to hear concerns regarding cleanliness and professionalism during service. That experience does not reflect the standards we strive to maintain, and we take such concerns seriously. Regarding delivery logistics, shuttle service requirements for locations that cannot safely accommodate large tractor trailers are industry standard and are determined by access restrictions at delivery locations. These circumstances can vary by apartment complexes, city ordinances, HOA restrictions, and roadway limitations. Finally, we understand concerns regarding the delayed return of a remaining item. We appreciate your patience while coordination was underway to ensure its return, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We value all feedback because it helps us improve. While we respectfully disagree with several statements regarding pricing and disclosure, we genuinely regret that your experience did not meet expectations and wish you the very best in your new home.
