No surprised but I did require a bit more packing which they were able to take care of. Would highly recommend.

I have moved in the past so my inventory list was on point and knew exactly what I was taking. From first contact with the office to the end of the move, everyone was a top notch professional and the crew of 3 that did the actual work were so polite, helpful and friendly. HUGE thanks to Brian and Anthony, you guys are the best! I highly recommend this company, they are family owned and it shows in their integrity.

Read More First thing to note with this company is that they are a broker and not the actual movers. This became alarming when right after my move, another moving company contacted me to confirm whether I was good tomorrow for pick up. This shows a lack of professionalism and poor communication on their part. They could have offered me two different days for which I could pick up my stuff but only informed me of one. And more importantly added onto the already highly stressful situation that my possessions were taken by a group conning as my movers. They will promise a very good price right at the start but of course these prices tend to be too good to be true. I was quoted 1876 for my move from Arizona to Texas. I ended up paying 2850.68. The person I talked to explained that I was well under the 300cf base rate, and that even if I added 10 more boxes I would still have plenty of space. Well here comes their "Quality Assurance" which will ask you to list all items. I only added 13 more small items most of which are smaller than the med boxes and went to 367 cf all of a sudden which quoted me to 2472.96. These guys will also do the bare minimum of packing your thins such as not taking apart furniture to reduce cf, so you should definitely expect to pay more than what they are quoting. In addition to this, the representative I was talking to led me to believe that because my apartment had access to elevators, I would not have to pay for any other fees. But if you live on the second floor or higher of any apartment, expect to pay 75+ for "Long Carry". My unit is the closest available room to the elevator and was charged 150 extra. Apparently my room is over half the length of a football field from the parking lot because that is the distance I was charged for. As mentioned before, the movers do the bare minimum of not taking your furniture apart and just wrapping everything in blankets. They will not provide tv or bed covers, and boxes. In fact they even took the covers I provided for them and didnt return the extras leftover. The movers were extremely dirty. Not wearing any shoe protection to prevent dirt and mud from getting in my room and used a blanket covered in dirt to wrap my office chair when they had plenty of other blankets they could use. And to make matters worse, they forgot one of my items on drop off and are still trying to return it to me. There is clearly no organization in regards to your items and other items they are moving . The part where they will get most people is the fact that they deliver all of your stuff in an 18 wheeler truck. How do they expect most people to allow an 18 wheeler into apartments and certain neighborhoods? If you are not able to allow the truck into your residence, you must pay for a separate shuttle that is a dollar per cf. So I would have to pay an extra 367 out of no where to get my stuff to my new apartment. So in the end I reauested that they drop off my stuff at a place where I wasn't even moving to avoid this ridiculous fee. And they only had 1 person at the location of my drop off. So I have no idea how this guy was going to handle bringing furniture up stairs. Stay far away from these guys. They will promise you a good deal at the start but it will not turn out as they say.
