David and his crew came highly recommended from me for their easy and quick moving service; they cheerfully and quickly relocated us to the third level, even though it was quite hot outside.
They were really courteous, well-organized, and hardworking. They ensured that everything arrived at TX undamaged and that all my goods and possessions were packed securely. Throughout the move, the crew maintained a lively and positive mood by communicating with one another.
My heavy belongings gave me pause, but the movers made short work of them. On time, Christopher and Thomas reassured me that everything was in good hands. In addition, I would recommend you to my friends and family.
Would not recommend this company if I could I would give them a zero star so unprofessional and rude when I booked with them through a company that they work with (Safe ship) they quoted a price that Fit in my budget once they got to my place they Charge me almost $2000 more than what I was quoted and the only big items I had was my two piece sectional and my king size bed and the rest was boxes less than 25 I was moving from Atlanta Georgia to Dallas, Texas 853 Miles to be exact from my old place to my new place it took them 13 days to deliver my stuff every time I called and try to get an update. Maria and Diego had the nastiest non-compassionate Nonchalant attitude and on top of that while there was moving, they broke the light to the ceiling fan so unprofessional
Run don't walk away from this company. Yes ***** seems like he will take care of your stuff. Its been over a year of their pick up, then delivery of half of my items, then trying to settle with them. ****** and crew arrived 3 days late 3/21/24 for pickup in ** with a an already full truck. They placed tiny numbered stickers on my items then completely commingled them with someone else items to fit all into truck. Barely able to shut door. I was assured that my items were in warehouse as I waited for them to complete delivery in ** on 7/25/24. Which was well after the expected delivery timeframe. Surprise. A NY registered freighter delivered only half of my items which included boxes of original framed art work, moms Royal Daulton china, irreplaceable heirlooms, and furniture. Then I began the Claims process online. This is a sketchy company as they make it difficult to fill in lengthy details in forms online. Multiple attempts to complete them took hours then they would get deleted. Don't try to call them as they have a friendly automated answering system that puts you on hold for 10 minutes then abruptly drops your call. I called about 20 times, same each time. I emailed and requested forms to be mailed to me. These emails had automated responses. Finally ***** was able to have them mail the forms. These were filled out by me and returned through Certified mail then second time through Registered mail. Today I am informed that after their review, Direct Relocation is willing to pay me $75! The value and weight of items is easily $10,000. Not to mention I paid for delivery of twice as many items than they delivered. I wasn't even seeking damages for items I did receive. They wrapped items in shipping blankets to take to warehouse then removed those blankets. Some had their coded stickers on them so easy to see how that system falls apart. I give them a 1 rating for their friendly demeanor as they rob you blind.
Jorde really impressed me during my two-bedroom move. They stayed focused, wrapped fragile pieces, and carried heavy items safely. Everything was set in place quickly, and their calm approach made the entire experience easier.
In order to ensure that my valuable piano was transported securely, Direct Relocation Services service went above and beyond. When it was delivered and when it was received, the piano was in exactly the same condition. I much more like how they cushioned and covered it.
We moved during a snowstorm, and I expected a cancellation. Instead, Michael along his crew arrived early, shoveled the walkway, and kept everything dry. Their commitment was incredible.
I had to help my parents move out of their longtime home and into a smaller condo. It was emotional for them, and I really appreciated how Michael treated them with patience and respect throughout the day. The team moved everything gently, especially the old furniture and photo albums. It felt like they understood the importance of what they were handling.
Diego and his team were fantastic! They paid attention to every detail and were very careful. They listened to all my requests and worked hard. They were very professional. I'd hire them again without a doubt!
