I downsized from a three-bedroom house to a small apartment and needed help with a bunch of furniture, boxes, and some heavy appliances. The movers didn’t rush, helped me figure out where things would fit, and even offered a hand moving a few things around in the new place. I was so tired by that point, and they just made it easier. Super grateful for the effort they put in.
Would not recommend this company if I could I would give them a zero star so unprofessional and rude when I booked with them through a company that they work with (Safe ship) they quoted a price that Fit in my budget once they got to my place they Charge me almost $2000 more than what I was quoted and the only big items I had was my two piece sectional and my king size bed and the rest was boxes less than 25 I was moving from Atlanta Georgia to Dallas, Texas 853 Miles to be exact from my old place to my new place it took them 13 days to deliver my stuff every time I called and try to get an update. Maria and Diego had the nastiest non-compassionate Nonchalant attitude and on top of that while there was moving, they broke the light to the ceiling fan so unprofessional
Even though I've moved a few times, this was the most amazing experience of my life. Joy and Jeremiah movers loaded and unloaded boxes and furniture with ease, operating smoothly and efficiently. Their attention to detail truly impressed me; for example, they fixed a shaky leg on my dining room table before moving it.
The movers skillfully transported my splendid art collection. To ensure everything arrived in perfect condition, they used packing materials and specially designed containers. The movers were knowledgeable about handling delicate and expensive pieces. They set them up carefully at the new location, taking their time with each item. These are the people you should trust if you have priceless artwork!
The worst experience of my life. This moving company was absolutely terrible from start to finish. They turned out to be a THIRD-PARTY service. The stress they caused us was beyond anything we could have imagined. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and emotional burden—do not hire this company. It was a nightmare we wouldn’t wish on anyone.
This company offered unpacking services, which was a lifesaver! They came in after everything was moved and carefully placed all my boxes in the designated rooms. They even started unpacking the kitchen essentials, like pots and pans, which made dinner that night a breeze.
The movers were fantastic all the way through! The timely arrival of Gabriel and his crew allowed them to load stuff from two locations and bring them all in pristine shape. When I move, I'll use their services again and suggest them to others.
