The worst experience of my life. This moving company was absolutely terrible from start to finish. They turned out to be a THIRD-PARTY service. The stress they caused us was beyond anything we could have imagined. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and emotional burden—do not hire this company. It was a nightmare we wouldn’t wish on anyone.
After they got everything out of the truck, they didn't just leave us with a mess to clean up. They stuck around for a little while to help us pick up all the empty boxes and packing materials. Our new place looked tidy in no time thanks to their extra help!
Try to cancel the move because all of a sudden my price had doubled and then they told me that it could be even higher once I get everything loaded, Then they couldn’t tell me when my stuff was going to get delivered whatsoever. They said it could be anywhere from three days to 30+ days because of DOT. What they didn’t know I am very familiar with DOT laws due to what my career is so I called them out on it and they were not happy about it at all. Also, everything just got super sketchy super quick and I did not have a good feeling about any of it anymore. Hence why I wanted to cancel. When trying to get a hold of them about everything, it was the hardest thing to try to get a hold of somebody. Diego said he would give me part of my money back and never did when I called and told the guy if I remember correctly, his name is Robert that I told I wanted to cancel. He would not cancel it and try to force me into this move with them which is very unprofessional. This guy also has a very bad temper and that was just dealing with him on the phone. I tried to dispute this with the bank because they had taken over $1500 for me it would not give any of it back. They also could not tell me when they were exactly coming to pick my stuff up at this point in time I had already got somebody else to move me And the driver from this company Calls me and says what time they will be there and I told them you need to have a manager call me ASAP. That is when a manager finally called me. I explained to them what was going on and why I needed to cancel, but they would not send me no email or proof that it was canceled so my bank could dispute this. This company is an absolute thieves when it comes to money And they also cannot give you any correct information. Also, why I was on the phone with the manager he sat there and downed every other moving company except for His company and a couple other companies I’m sorry I don’t care if they’re competition or not you should not talk down about other Companies like that Because yet again that is very unprofessional. I wish I could give these people zero stars. I am also Turning this company into the Better Business Bureau for everything they have done. Last but not least they never stated that they were broker they made it sound like they were a moving company. There is a huge difference between a broker and a moving company.
Matthew was a Excellent Man; he was attentive and provided clear explanations. The team worked really hard to pack and transport my belongings on a moving day. They kept me informed each step of the way. I thank them for their service!
Jeremiah and Jorde arrived promptly, using equipment to remove my sofa's legs and pack my belongings into sturdy crates. They helped pull heavy items downstairs and rebuilt my bed in my new apartment. Very helpful service!
I wasn't planning on moving this soon, but a sudden lease change forced me to pack up quickly. I contacted Joy who helped me determine the timing and answered all my questions. The team showed up right on time, packed up the loose ends, and didn't miss a beat. They turned a stressful week into something manageable. Everything arrived at the new place in perfect condition.
The movers brought blankets, straps and wrapping materials with them. They were very efficient and took care to move our big furniture. The process was organized though there was a little delay in getting started.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had. If you're capable of it, I would suggest getting a U-haul and doing it yourself. On Pick-up, they were 4 hours late on their time window. They gave me an estimated date of 8-16-2024. They showed up on the 21st. They had another window saying they would be here between 7am and 12pm. The movers didn't show up until 4pm. I ended up helping them move my stuff in due to having to be at work in the evening and speed up the process. Going through everything, I've noticed they did not give my my pc. I asked the driver if it was in one of the large boxes that were heavy and he told me yes. This is incorrect. None of these boxes contain my computer. It was packaged in it's own co tainer by the original movers. $3,000 PC lost. I would highly suggest finding another moving company, or just finding out how to do it yourself. Moving from California to Louisiana was already stressful enough. Sleeping on an air mattress, buying items I've already had previously to cook and eat with was annoying and aggravating. The original "Estimate" was hiked up another $1400 on top of all this. I'd rather have just bought all new things if I knew I was going to get a shady, incompetant company to trust with my stuff. To add insult to injury, I have emailed Claudia, the dispatcher, and have called with no follow-up whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money. This has been a disaster from the start.
In order to ensure that my valuable piano was transported securely, Direct Relocation Services service went above and beyond. When it was delivered and when it was received, the piano was in exactly the same condition. I much more like how they cushioned and covered it.
They were really courteous, well-organized, and hardworking. They ensured that everything arrived at TX undamaged and that all my goods and possessions were packed securely. Throughout the move, the crew maintained a lively and positive mood by communicating with one another.
