They didn't just dump our furniture in the middle of each room; they helped us put it exactly where we wanted it. They gave us some suggestions on how to arrange the furniture to make the space look its best. Our new place looked amazing thanks to their help!
Before my move, I had a few questions and ended up speaking with Jeremiah, who explained everything clearly and gave solid advice about packing. That helped a lot since I was doing most of it on my own. On the day of the move, the crew followed through on everything we discussed. They were professional, focused, and careful with my things the entire time.
My heavy belongings gave me pause, but the movers made short work of them. On time, Christopher and Thomas reassured me that everything was in good hands. In addition, I would recommend you to my friends and family.
Try to cancel the move because all of a sudden my price had doubled and then they told me that it could be even higher once I get everything loaded, Then they couldn’t tell me when my stuff was going to get delivered whatsoever. They said it could be anywhere from three days to 30+ days because of DOT. What they didn’t know I am very familiar with DOT laws due to what my career is so I called them out on it and they were not happy about it at all. Also, everything just got super sketchy super quick and I did not have a good feeling about any of it anymore. Hence why I wanted to cancel. When trying to get a hold of them about everything, it was the hardest thing to try to get a hold of somebody. Diego said he would give me part of my money back and never did when I called and told the guy if I remember correctly, his name is Robert that I told I wanted to cancel. He would not cancel it and try to force me into this move with them which is very unprofessional. This guy also has a very bad temper and that was just dealing with him on the phone. I tried to dispute this with the bank because they had taken over $1500 for me it would not give any of it back. They also could not tell me when they were exactly coming to pick my stuff up at this point in time I had already got somebody else to move me And the driver from this company Calls me and says what time they will be there and I told them you need to have a manager call me ASAP. That is when a manager finally called me. I explained to them what was going on and why I needed to cancel, but they would not send me no email or proof that it was canceled so my bank could dispute this. This company is an absolute thieves when it comes to money And they also cannot give you any correct information. Also, why I was on the phone with the manager he sat there and downed every other moving company except for His company and a couple other companies I’m sorry I don’t care if they’re competition or not you should not talk down about other Companies like that Because yet again that is very unprofessional. I wish I could give these people zero stars. I am also Turning this company into the Better Business Bureau for everything they have done. Last but not least they never stated that they were broker they made it sound like they were a moving company. There is a huge difference between a broker and a moving company.
I moved my parents from their old farmhouse into a townhome, and Direct Relocation Services LLC and Jeremiah couldn’t have been more helpful. They handled antique furniture with extra care, helped sort boxes by room, and checked in with my folks every step of the way. It felt like they were moving their own family. That kind of service is rare these days, and I’m grateful we picked the right team.
Andrew and his team of 3 thoroughly padded the staircase and all vulnerable spots in my apartment. Thanks to their preventive measures, my mind was at ease and luckily, nothing unfortunate happened either. Couldn’t have asked for better service!
The worst experience of my life. This moving company was absolutely terrible from start to finish. They turned out to be a THIRD-PARTY service. The stress they caused us was beyond anything we could have imagined. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and emotional burden—do not hire this company. It was a nightmare we wouldn’t wish on anyone.
Throughout the procedure, Thomas and Anthony staff was helpful and informed. Every step of the way, they kept us updated, and they took care of our problems right away. The staff at the business was friendly, accommodating, and eager to go above and above to fulfill our needs.
