The movers were careful with our floors and furniture, using floor protectors and blankets. Our home looked perfect after the move. I recommend this service to anyone that needs assistance.
Try to cancel the move because all of a sudden my price had doubled and then they told me that it could be even higher once I get everything loaded, Then they couldn’t tell me when my stuff was going to get delivered whatsoever. They said it could be anywhere from three days to 30+ days because of DOT. What they didn’t know I am very familiar with DOT laws due to what my career is so I called them out on it and they were not happy about it at all. Also, everything just got super sketchy super quick and I did not have a good feeling about any of it anymore. Hence why I wanted to cancel. When trying to get a hold of them about everything, it was the hardest thing to try to get a hold of somebody. Diego said he would give me part of my money back and never did when I called and told the guy if I remember correctly, his name is Robert that I told I wanted to cancel. He would not cancel it and try to force me into this move with them which is very unprofessional. This guy also has a very bad temper and that was just dealing with him on the phone. I tried to dispute this with the bank because they had taken over $1500 for me it would not give any of it back. They also could not tell me when they were exactly coming to pick my stuff up at this point in time I had already got somebody else to move me And the driver from this company Calls me and says what time they will be there and I told them you need to have a manager call me ASAP. That is when a manager finally called me. I explained to them what was going on and why I needed to cancel, but they would not send me no email or proof that it was canceled so my bank could dispute this. This company is an absolute thieves when it comes to money And they also cannot give you any correct information. Also, why I was on the phone with the manager he sat there and downed every other moving company except for His company and a couple other companies I’m sorry I don’t care if they’re competition or not you should not talk down about other Companies like that Because yet again that is very unprofessional. I wish I could give these people zero stars. I am also Turning this company into the Better Business Bureau for everything they have done. Last but not least they never stated that they were broker they made it sound like they were a moving company. There is a huge difference between a broker and a moving company.
Shane was great. However when I needed to cancel my move getting my deposit back was a very bad experience. They said 10-14 days. It’s been 23 day/17 business days and I still haven’t received it. They told me there is a cue. Feels like a Ponzi scheme where they only refund when they get a new account. To be clear they didn’t provide any service. This was a deposit.
Everything went smoothly thanks to Jeremiah keeping things on track. They coordinated the entire office move better than I expected. Zero confusion, zero damage, just a clean, fast transition into the new space.
I had a few last-minute concerns about how the move would go, and Joy was incredibly helpful. They walked me through the process and followed up to make sure everything stayed on track. On moving day, the team worked efficiently but never compromised on quality. They wrapped and loaded everything with care, and nothing was damaged in transit. It gave me peace of mind.
Jorde and Michael were incredibly diligent, well-prepared, composed, and approachable. Their patience and adaptability amazed me. They appeared to know exactly how to transport objects between buildings and what to accomplish. They provide excellent service at a reasonable cost.
In order to ensure that my valuable piano was transported securely, Direct Relocation Services service went above and beyond. When it was delivered and when it was received, the piano was in exactly the same condition. I much more like how they cushioned and covered it.
They paid attention to where we wanted our furniture in the new home and set everything up just the way we liked it.
Jeremiah and Joy handled my breakables swiftly and with great care. We had limited time to unload due to a construction issue, but they managed to unload and reassemble everything in under an hour. They truly deserve a pat on the back.
Would not recommend this company if I could I would give them a zero star so unprofessional and rude when I booked with them through a company that they work with (Safe ship) they quoted a price that Fit in my budget once they got to my place they Charge me almost $2000 more than what I was quoted and the only big items I had was my two piece sectional and my king size bed and the rest was boxes less than 25 I was moving from Atlanta Georgia to Dallas, Texas 853 Miles to be exact from my old place to my new place it took them 13 days to deliver my stuff every time I called and try to get an update. Maria and Diego had the nastiest non-compassionate Nonchalant attitude and on top of that while there was moving, they broke the light to the ceiling fan so unprofessional
