Diego and his team were fantastic! They paid attention to every detail and were very careful. They listened to all my requests and worked hard. They were very professional. I'd hire them again without a doubt!
Try to cancel the move because all of a sudden my price had doubled and then they told me that it could be even higher once I get everything loaded, Then they couldn’t tell me when my stuff was going to get delivered whatsoever. They said it could be anywhere from three days to 30+ days because of DOT. What they didn’t know I am very familiar with DOT laws due to what my career is so I called them out on it and they were not happy about it at all. Also, everything just got super sketchy super quick and I did not have a good feeling about any of it anymore. Hence why I wanted to cancel. When trying to get a hold of them about everything, it was the hardest thing to try to get a hold of somebody. Diego said he would give me part of my money back and never did when I called and told the guy if I remember correctly, his name is Robert that I told I wanted to cancel. He would not cancel it and try to force me into this move with them which is very unprofessional. This guy also has a very bad temper and that was just dealing with him on the phone. I tried to dispute this with the bank because they had taken over $1500 for me it would not give any of it back. They also could not tell me when they were exactly coming to pick my stuff up at this point in time I had already got somebody else to move me And the driver from this company Calls me and says what time they will be there and I told them you need to have a manager call me ASAP. That is when a manager finally called me. I explained to them what was going on and why I needed to cancel, but they would not send me no email or proof that it was canceled so my bank could dispute this. This company is an absolute thieves when it comes to money And they also cannot give you any correct information. Also, why I was on the phone with the manager he sat there and downed every other moving company except for His company and a couple other companies I’m sorry I don’t care if they’re competition or not you should not talk down about other Companies like that Because yet again that is very unprofessional. I wish I could give these people zero stars. I am also Turning this company into the Better Business Bureau for everything they have done. Last but not least they never stated that they were broker they made it sound like they were a moving company. There is a huge difference between a broker and a moving company.
The worst experience of my life. This moving company was absolutely terrible from start to finish. They turned out to be a THIRD-PARTY service. The stress they caused us was beyond anything we could have imagined. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and emotional burden—do not hire this company. It was a nightmare we wouldn’t wish on anyone.
I downsized from a three-bedroom house to a small apartment and needed help with a bunch of furniture, boxes, and some heavy appliances. The movers didn’t rush, helped me figure out where things would fit, and even offered a hand moving a few things around in the new place. I was so tired by that point, and they just made it easier. Super grateful for the effort they put in.
Would not recommend this company if I could I would give them a zero star so unprofessional and rude when I booked with them through a company that they work with (Safe ship) they quoted a price that Fit in my budget once they got to my place they Charge me almost $2000 more than what I was quoted and the only big items I had was my two piece sectional and my king size bed and the rest was boxes less than 25 I was moving from Atlanta Georgia to Dallas, Texas 853 Miles to be exact from my old place to my new place it took them 13 days to deliver my stuff every time I called and try to get an update. Maria and Diego had the nastiest non-compassionate Nonchalant attitude and on top of that while there was moving, they broke the light to the ceiling fan so unprofessional
I had fragile antiques, and Michael ensured they were handled with extra care. Every piece was wrapped, moved, and unpacked safely. Their personal attention made me feel completely at ease throughout the move.
We had to store our things for about a month before we could move into our new house. The movers put everything in and clearly labeled it, so it was easy to unpack. Great work!
The Direct Relocation Services LLC movers and packers, who performed well. Everything was organized properly in the boxes, and they set up my new home according to my instructions. These guys are the best.
First-rate service providers, everyone at this company! They labored tirelessly the whole time despite that I had rescheduled with the staff for an earlier date as I had business plans later. Even being time-bound, their professionalism was unwavering. Thanks to them, my move wrapped up when I wanted it to. Absolutely recommend them!
