My heavy belongings gave me pause, but the movers made short work of them. On time, Christopher and Thomas reassured me that everything was in good hands. In addition, I would recommend you to my friends and family.
Would not recommend this company if I could I would give them a zero star so unprofessional and rude when I booked with them through a company that they work with (Safe ship) they quoted a price that Fit in my budget once they got to my place they Charge me almost $2000 more than what I was quoted and the only big items I had was my two piece sectional and my king size bed and the rest was boxes less than 25 I was moving from Atlanta Georgia to Dallas, Texas 853 Miles to be exact from my old place to my new place it took them 13 days to deliver my stuff every time I called and try to get an update. Maria and Diego had the nastiest non-compassionate Nonchalant attitude and on top of that while there was moving, they broke the light to the ceiling fan so unprofessional
The moving crew possessed a work ethic that was unlike anything I’d seen. Even in the freezing weather, they never stopped to take a break! They were hard working and executed my move flawlessly. It was a straight-up 10/10 experience!
I was afraid that my elderly grandmother's antique mirror would get to the other side safely. But no need to worry. The movers put extra padding around it, carefully wrapped it in multiple layers, and placed it in the truck. I couldn't have been happier when I got it in one piece. I can only say thank you to them for taking care of my most precious possession!
Their careful driving and ability to find their way around made sure the move went smoothly. They used skilled shadow-moving to move our things to their new house. They were the real movers' heroes in the middle of all the chaos!
They were really courteous, well-organized, and hardworking. They ensured that everything arrived at TX undamaged and that all my goods and possessions were packed securely. Throughout the move, the crew maintained a lively and positive mood by communicating with one another.
Last week, I moved my small catering business into a bigger kitchen. Jorde oversaw the packing of ovens, racks, and utensils, making sure nothing was scratched. Once they were all placed inside, I had everything in the exact spots I needed. It felt like flipping a switch; I could start cooking right away without searching for anything.
I took a giant leap forward with this company. The movers arrived on time, were courteous, and did a great job. I did not have to worry about a thing because they took extra care to pack things securely. They come highly recommended from me to anyone looking to move!
Run don't walk away from this company. Yes ***** seems like he will take care of your stuff. Its been over a year of their pick up, then delivery of half of my items, then trying to settle with them. ****** and crew arrived 3 days late 3/21/24 for pickup in ** with a an already full truck. They placed tiny numbered stickers on my items then completely commingled them with someone else items to fit all into truck. Barely able to shut door. I was assured that my items were in warehouse as I waited for them to complete delivery in ** on 7/25/24. Which was well after the expected delivery timeframe. Surprise. A NY registered freighter delivered only half of my items which included boxes of original framed art work, moms Royal Daulton china, irreplaceable heirlooms, and furniture. Then I began the Claims process online. This is a sketchy company as they make it difficult to fill in lengthy details in forms online. Multiple attempts to complete them took hours then they would get deleted. Don't try to call them as they have a friendly automated answering system that puts you on hold for 10 minutes then abruptly drops your call. I called about 20 times, same each time. I emailed and requested forms to be mailed to me. These emails had automated responses. Finally ***** was able to have them mail the forms. These were filled out by me and returned through Certified mail then second time through Registered mail. Today I am informed that after their review, Direct Relocation is willing to pay me $75! The value and weight of items is easily $10,000. Not to mention I paid for delivery of twice as many items than they delivered. I wasn't even seeking damages for items I did receive. They wrapped items in shipping blankets to take to warehouse then removed those blankets. Some had their coded stickers on them so easy to see how that system falls apart. I give them a 1 rating for their friendly demeanor as they rob you blind.
I had fragile antiques, and Michael ensured they were handled with extra care. Every piece was wrapped, moved, and unpacked safely. Their personal attention made me feel completely at ease throughout the move.
