They were really courteous, well-organized, and hardworking. They ensured that everything arrived at TX undamaged and that all my goods and possessions were packed securely. Throughout the move, the crew maintained a lively and positive mood by communicating with one another.
Normally, I hate packing dishes, but these movers made it a breeze. They had these special tissue paper sheets they wrapped around each plate, then nestled them in rows within the box. They even used those pool noodle things to create little bumpers between the plates for extra protection. Nothing arrived chipped or broken!

My move involved hauling furniture up three flights of stairs into an old apartment with no elevator. Most of it was large, including a sleeper sofa and a solid wood bookshelf. I figured there'd be scuffs or dents, but everything arrived just fine. The movers took their time with the corners and stairs, avoiding any forced movements. I was genuinely surprised by how smooth it all went.
Shane was great. However when I needed to cancel my move getting my deposit back was a very bad experience. They said 10-14 days. It’s been 23 day/17 business days and I still haven’t received it. They told me there is a cue. Feels like a Ponzi scheme where they only refund when they get a new account. To be clear they didn’t provide any service. This was a deposit.
My furniture had to be stored for a few months before I had a new place to live. I contacted this company, and they delivered for me. Their movers packed and labeled everything so well that unpacking was easy. Thank you very much for your attention to detail!
I was very impressed by Jorde attention to detail throughout the estimate. To ensure the movers were prepared, he inquired about everything from the type of flooring to the sizes of my furniture. Joy was very organized; he made sure I understood everything, including my preferred arrival time. The crew helped me carefully and efficiently reassemble my furniture at the new location.
I was impressed with how Jorde managed my office relocation. They coordinated every step, ensured equipment was protected, and kept things moving efficiently. Having someone so organized in charge made the day much less stressful.
