Matthew came through when we needed to move at the last minute! They offered packaging services, and our two pieces of baggage arrived undamaged. The staff carefully labeled each package. Bravo to them!
Would not recommend this company if I could I would give them a zero star so unprofessional and rude when I booked with them through a company that they work with (Safe ship) they quoted a price that Fit in my budget once they got to my place they Charge me almost $2000 more than what I was quoted and the only big items I had was my two piece sectional and my king size bed and the rest was boxes less than 25 I was moving from Atlanta Georgia to Dallas, Texas 853 Miles to be exact from my old place to my new place it took them 13 days to deliver my stuff every time I called and try to get an update. Maria and Diego had the nastiest non-compassionate Nonchalant attitude and on top of that while there was moving, they broke the light to the ceiling fan so unprofessional
I moved from one state to another, and Jeremiah made the whole process simple. They were responsive, careful, and professional the entire time. I couldn’t have asked for a more reassuring experience.
They were really courteous, well-organized, and hardworking. They ensured that everything arrived at TX undamaged and that all my goods and possessions were packed securely. Throughout the move, the crew maintained a lively and positive mood by communicating with one another.
My heavy belongings gave me pause, but the movers made short work of them. On time, Christopher and Thomas reassured me that everything was in good hands. In addition, I would recommend you to my friends and family.
I called Jeremiah a couple of days before my move to ask about a heavy glass table I wasn’t sure how to protect. They brought the right materials and showed up with a plan. I didn’t have to worry once they started. The table, along with everything else, made it without a single issue. It was clear they knew what they were doing. I felt totally taken care of.
It was an AMAZING experience! This move was the easiest one I've ever had. Andrew and Jameson took exceptional care of my belongings. They exceeded my expectations in terms of cost and service quality. My wife and I eagerly anticipate working with them again.
The moving process was much slower than the estimated timeframe. There seemed to be a lack of coordination between the crew members, which made things take even longer. I also had to supervise several parts of the move. Overall, it was quite stressful.
My movers placed all my different pieces of furniture into the truck and made sure everything was neat. Not a single item was damaged which showed how skilful they are with carrying in rain.
When I needed to move my office equipment, Jorde took charge and made sure everything was handled carefully. Computers, monitors, and printers were wrapped securely, and cables were kept organized, so setup at the new location was simple. Their attention to the little details saved us a lot of time afterward.
