The Direct Relocation Services LLC movers and packers, who performed well. Everything was organized properly in the boxes, and they set up my new home according to my instructions. These guys are the best.
Run don't walk away from this company. Yes ***** seems like he will take care of your stuff. Its been over a year of their pick up, then delivery of half of my items, then trying to settle with them. ****** and crew arrived 3 days late 3/21/24 for pickup in ** with a an already full truck. They placed tiny numbered stickers on my items then completely commingled them with someone else items to fit all into truck. Barely able to shut door. I was assured that my items were in warehouse as I waited for them to complete delivery in ** on 7/25/24. Which was well after the expected delivery timeframe. Surprise. A NY registered freighter delivered only half of my items which included boxes of original framed art work, moms Royal Daulton china, irreplaceable heirlooms, and furniture. Then I began the Claims process online. This is a sketchy company as they make it difficult to fill in lengthy details in forms online. Multiple attempts to complete them took hours then they would get deleted. Don't try to call them as they have a friendly automated answering system that puts you on hold for 10 minutes then abruptly drops your call. I called about 20 times, same each time. I emailed and requested forms to be mailed to me. These emails had automated responses. Finally ***** was able to have them mail the forms. These were filled out by me and returned through Certified mail then second time through Registered mail. Today I am informed that after their review, Direct Relocation is willing to pay me $75! The value and weight of items is easily $10,000. Not to mention I paid for delivery of twice as many items than they delivered. I wasn't even seeking damages for items I did receive. They wrapped items in shipping blankets to take to warehouse then removed those blankets. Some had their coded stickers on them so easy to see how that system falls apart. I give them a 1 rating for their friendly demeanor as they rob you blind.
Would not recommend this company if I could I would give them a zero star so unprofessional and rude when I booked with them through a company that they work with (Safe ship) they quoted a price that Fit in my budget once they got to my place they Charge me almost $2000 more than what I was quoted and the only big items I had was my two piece sectional and my king size bed and the rest was boxes less than 25 I was moving from Atlanta Georgia to Dallas, Texas 853 Miles to be exact from my old place to my new place it took them 13 days to deliver my stuff every time I called and try to get an update. Maria and Diego had the nastiest non-compassionate Nonchalant attitude and on top of that while there was moving, they broke the light to the ceiling fan so unprofessional
We had a large L-shaped sofa that we were certain wouldn't fit in our previous flat, which was located in a walk-up building with narrow stairs. However, the movers managed to make it work without causing any damage to the sofa or the walls. They deserve all the accolades!
My furniture had to be stored for a few months before I had a new place to live. I contacted this company, and they delivered for me. Their movers packed and labeled everything so well that unpacking was easy. Thank you very much for your attention to detail!
Since moving can be expensive, we were worried about the costs. Fortunately, Michael and his team provided a clear quote without any surprise fees and offered reasonably priced packing supplies. We stayed within our budget thanks to their team's quick efforts to reduce labor costs! Without a doubt, we would hire them again!
My relocation from an apartment to a single-family home took most of the day, and Jorde kept everything running smoothly. They made sure my large sectional sofa fit through tight doorways without forcing it. All my boxed kitchen items were handled with care, and by evening, my new place felt ready to live in. Their patience was impressive.

The movers were pros, and my new loft is spacious. My priceless artwork and library of rare books arrived in one piece thanks to their careful packaging of padded boxes and shrink wraps. They took extraordinary measures to guarantee the delivery of all items. Strongly advise!
I was especially grateful for Jeremiah, who made sure my fragile antiques were carefully handled. Seeing how much care went into packing and moving them made me trust the whole process even more.
