Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
This company provided us with outstanding relocation assistance. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy.
We were very happy with our moving experience from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with the crew, and I have full faith in their ability to keep my belongings safe. Jacob and Michael are the only necessary movers.
The Direct Relocation Services LLC movers and packers, who performed well. Everything was organized properly in the boxes, and they set up my new home according to my instructions. These guys are the best.
Would not recommend this company if I could I would give them a zero star so unprofessional and rude when I booked with them through a company that they work with (Safe ship) they quoted a price that Fit in my budget once they got to my place they Charge me almost $2000 more than what I was quoted and the only big items I had was my two piece sectional and my king size bed and the rest was boxes less than 25 I was moving from Atlanta Georgia to Dallas, Texas 853 Miles to be exact from my old place to my new place it took them 13 days to deliver my stuff every time I called and try to get an update. Maria and Diego had the nastiest non-compassionate Nonchalant attitude and on top of that while there was moving, they broke the light to the ceiling fan so unprofessional
I recently moved my home office and music setup from one apartment to another across town. My speakers, desktop equipment, and keyboard were my main concern. The movers took extra time to wrap the delicate electronics and stacked everything securely in the truck. Everything arrived safely and is still working, which honestly took a load off my shoulders. I'd definitely hire that team again.
I had a lot of weirdly shaped furniture and I knew that something would be scratched or dented, but these guys knew exactly what to do with it all. They took the time to carefully wrap each piece, moved through doorways, and left no mark behind. 100% recommended!
Andrew and his team did an eccentric job. Our office relocation was completed ahead of schedule. If you need a company with stellar customer service, Direct Relocation Services LLC . A job well done!!
When Joy arrived to conduct my estimate, he was a rockstar. He helped me figure out how to carefully pack my artwork and outlined all the costs so there were no surprises later. Jeremiah was a pleasure to deal with; he ensured that my belongings were treated with care and monitored everything from start to finish. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out, and the movers worked quickly yet carefully.
I needed help transferring some heavy things, and Direct Relocation Services LLC came through for me. Their team was timely, highly competent, and well-informed and effortlessly met all deadlines. They handled my belongings with the utmost care; not a single piece went missing.
It was a pleasure working with Jorde and Joy. Everyone in the group was helpful, efficient, and expert. I am incredibly satisfied with the service they provided, and they made my move much easier.
