Shane was great. However when I needed to cancel my move getting my deposit back was a very bad experience. They said 10-14 days. It’s been 23 day/17 business days and I still haven’t received it. They told me there is a cue. Feels like a Ponzi scheme where they only refund when they get a new account. To be clear they didn’t provide any service. This was a deposit.
George and his team were excellent in packing, wrapping and loading the possessions into the truck. We recognize and value your efforts. It was really kind of you to put my items in special packaging.
Try to cancel the move because all of a sudden my price had doubled and then they told me that it could be even higher once I get everything loaded, Then they couldn’t tell me when my stuff was going to get delivered whatsoever. They said it could be anywhere from three days to 30+ days because of DOT. What they didn’t know I am very familiar with DOT laws due to what my career is so I called them out on it and they were not happy about it at all. Also, everything just got super sketchy super quick and I did not have a good feeling about any of it anymore. Hence why I wanted to cancel. When trying to get a hold of them about everything, it was the hardest thing to try to get a hold of somebody. Diego said he would give me part of my money back and never did when I called and told the guy if I remember correctly, his name is Robert that I told I wanted to cancel. He would not cancel it and try to force me into this move with them which is very unprofessional. This guy also has a very bad temper and that was just dealing with him on the phone. I tried to dispute this with the bank because they had taken over $1500 for me it would not give any of it back. They also could not tell me when they were exactly coming to pick my stuff up at this point in time I had already got somebody else to move me And the driver from this company Calls me and says what time they will be there and I told them you need to have a manager call me ASAP. That is when a manager finally called me. I explained to them what was going on and why I needed to cancel, but they would not send me no email or proof that it was canceled so my bank could dispute this. This company is an absolute thieves when it comes to money And they also cannot give you any correct information. Also, why I was on the phone with the manager he sat there and downed every other moving company except for His company and a couple other companies I’m sorry I don’t care if they’re competition or not you should not talk down about other Companies like that Because yet again that is very unprofessional. I wish I could give these people zero stars. I am also Turning this company into the Better Business Bureau for everything they have done. Last but not least they never stated that they were broker they made it sound like they were a moving company. There is a huge difference between a broker and a moving company.
The movers were careful with our floors and furniture, using floor protectors and blankets. Our home looked perfect after the move. I recommend this service to anyone that needs assistance.
Our movers put forth a lot of effort. Everything was boxed up and taken up to the second floor. Surprisingly, I was able to move everything I had from my house to my car. In my opinion, they are a necessary help for every move.
We had to store our things for about a month before we could move into our new house. The movers put everything in and clearly labeled it, so it was easy to unpack. Great work!
The worst experience of my life. This moving company was absolutely terrible from start to finish. They turned out to be a THIRD-PARTY service. The stress they caused us was beyond anything we could have imagined. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and emotional burden—do not hire this company. It was a nightmare we wouldn’t wish on anyone.

It was clear that Michael and Jorde were experts upon their arrival. They packed my kitchen items exceptionally well and labeled every box. Never has moving been such a hassle!
