I worked with Jorde during my office relocation, and they were wonderful. They made sure electronics were packed carefully, guided the team, and even checked in afterwards to ensure I was happy with everything.
Would not recommend this company if I could I would give them a zero star so unprofessional and rude when I booked with them through a company that they work with (Safe ship) they quoted a price that Fit in my budget once they got to my place they Charge me almost $2000 more than what I was quoted and the only big items I had was my two piece sectional and my king size bed and the rest was boxes less than 25 I was moving from Atlanta Georgia to Dallas, Texas 853 Miles to be exact from my old place to my new place it took them 13 days to deliver my stuff every time I called and try to get an update. Maria and Diego had the nastiest non-compassionate Nonchalant attitude and on top of that while there was moving, they broke the light to the ceiling fan so unprofessional
My heavy belongings gave me pause, but the movers made short work of them. On time, Christopher and Thomas reassured me that everything was in good hands. In addition, I would recommend you to my friends and family.
The guys were very careful with our fridge before loading it up on the truck, really appreciated it. They locked up the doors and ensured that it was set up correctly. Once they had moved them they assisted with putting them down and ensuring that they lay level.
In order to ensure that my valuable piano was transported securely, Direct Relocation Services service went above and beyond. When it was delivered and when it was received, the piano was in exactly the same condition. I much more like how they cushioned and covered it.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had. If you're capable of it, I would suggest getting a U-haul and doing it yourself. On Pick-up, they were 4 hours late on their time window. They gave me an estimated date of 8-16-2024. They showed up on the 21st. They had another window saying they would be here between 7am and 12pm. The movers didn't show up until 4pm. I ended up helping them move my stuff in due to having to be at work in the evening and speed up the process. Going through everything, I've noticed they did not give my my pc. I asked the driver if it was in one of the large boxes that were heavy and he told me yes. This is incorrect. None of these boxes contain my computer. It was packaged in it's own co tainer by the original movers. $3,000 PC lost. I would highly suggest finding another moving company, or just finding out how to do it yourself. Moving from California to Louisiana was already stressful enough. Sleeping on an air mattress, buying items I've already had previously to cook and eat with was annoying and aggravating. The original "Estimate" was hiked up another $1400 on top of all this. I'd rather have just bought all new things if I knew I was going to get a shady, incompetant company to trust with my stuff. To add insult to injury, I have emailed Claudia, the dispatcher, and have called with no follow-up whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money. This has been a disaster from the start.
These movers made it feel VIP. They packed everything, including my toiletries, and labeled each box with its respective room and contents. Their well-organized packing made unpacking a breeze. They also advised me on what to recycle and what to throw away. I appreciated that they took the empty boxes after I unpacked.
After packing on our own, we realized we underestimated how much we had and called the company for backup. They managed to squeeze us in for next-day service and came with extra boxes and padding. They handled the remaining part of the job very efficiently and wrapped it up in record time. We couldn’t have asked for more!
They will hold your stuff ransom and continue charging more and more money. I highly recommend not using this company! Most un honest and unprofessional company. The driver even showed up (several days late) with no help to unload so we had to unload.
Try to cancel the move because all of a sudden my price had doubled and then they told me that it could be even higher once I get everything loaded, Then they couldn’t tell me when my stuff was going to get delivered whatsoever. They said it could be anywhere from three days to 30+ days because of DOT. What they didn’t know I am very familiar with DOT laws due to what my career is so I called them out on it and they were not happy about it at all. Also, everything just got super sketchy super quick and I did not have a good feeling about any of it anymore. Hence why I wanted to cancel. When trying to get a hold of them about everything, it was the hardest thing to try to get a hold of somebody. Diego said he would give me part of my money back and never did when I called and told the guy if I remember correctly, his name is Robert that I told I wanted to cancel. He would not cancel it and try to force me into this move with them which is very unprofessional. This guy also has a very bad temper and that was just dealing with him on the phone. I tried to dispute this with the bank because they had taken over $1500 for me it would not give any of it back. They also could not tell me when they were exactly coming to pick my stuff up at this point in time I had already got somebody else to move me And the driver from this company Calls me and says what time they will be there and I told them you need to have a manager call me ASAP. That is when a manager finally called me. I explained to them what was going on and why I needed to cancel, but they would not send me no email or proof that it was canceled so my bank could dispute this. This company is an absolute thieves when it comes to money And they also cannot give you any correct information. Also, why I was on the phone with the manager he sat there and downed every other moving company except for His company and a couple other companies I’m sorry I don’t care if they’re competition or not you should not talk down about other Companies like that Because yet again that is very unprofessional. I wish I could give these people zero stars. I am also Turning this company into the Better Business Bureau for everything they have done. Last but not least they never stated that they were broker they made it sound like they were a moving company. There is a huge difference between a broker and a moving company.
