Thanks to Direct Relocation Services LLC, my relocation was more manageable than I anticipated. The items were loaded and packaged with efficiency and caution. My items were securely stored for six weeks. The package was delivered promptly and with the usual meticulous attention to detail.
The movers skillfully transported my splendid art collection. To ensure everything arrived in perfect condition, they used packing materials and specially designed containers. The movers were knowledgeable about handling delicate and expensive pieces. They set them up carefully at the new location, taking their time with each item. These are the people you should trust if you have priceless artwork!
I was impressed by how Jeremiah managed my state-to-state relocation. Updates were frequent, delivery was on time, and fragile items were safe. Their calm approach kept me reassured, and I truly appreciated the dedication shown.
Try to cancel the move because all of a sudden my price had doubled and then they told me that it could be even higher once I get everything loaded, Then they couldn’t tell me when my stuff was going to get delivered whatsoever. They said it could be anywhere from three days to 30+ days because of DOT. What they didn’t know I am very familiar with DOT laws due to what my career is so I called them out on it and they were not happy about it at all. Also, everything just got super sketchy super quick and I did not have a good feeling about any of it anymore. Hence why I wanted to cancel. When trying to get a hold of them about everything, it was the hardest thing to try to get a hold of somebody. Diego said he would give me part of my money back and never did when I called and told the guy if I remember correctly, his name is Robert that I told I wanted to cancel. He would not cancel it and try to force me into this move with them which is very unprofessional. This guy also has a very bad temper and that was just dealing with him on the phone. I tried to dispute this with the bank because they had taken over $1500 for me it would not give any of it back. They also could not tell me when they were exactly coming to pick my stuff up at this point in time I had already got somebody else to move me And the driver from this company Calls me and says what time they will be there and I told them you need to have a manager call me ASAP. That is when a manager finally called me. I explained to them what was going on and why I needed to cancel, but they would not send me no email or proof that it was canceled so my bank could dispute this. This company is an absolute thieves when it comes to money And they also cannot give you any correct information. Also, why I was on the phone with the manager he sat there and downed every other moving company except for His company and a couple other companies I’m sorry I don’t care if they’re competition or not you should not talk down about other Companies like that Because yet again that is very unprofessional. I wish I could give these people zero stars. I am also Turning this company into the Better Business Bureau for everything they have done. Last but not least they never stated that they were broker they made it sound like they were a moving company. There is a huge difference between a broker and a moving company.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had. If you're capable of it, I would suggest getting a U-haul and doing it yourself. On Pick-up, they were 4 hours late on their time window. They gave me an estimated date of 8-16-2024. They showed up on the 21st. They had another window saying they would be here between 7am and 12pm. The movers didn't show up until 4pm. I ended up helping them move my stuff in due to having to be at work in the evening and speed up the process. Going through everything, I've noticed they did not give my my pc. I asked the driver if it was in one of the large boxes that were heavy and he told me yes. This is incorrect. None of these boxes contain my computer. It was packaged in it's own co tainer by the original movers. $3,000 PC lost. I would highly suggest finding another moving company, or just finding out how to do it yourself. Moving from California to Louisiana was already stressful enough. Sleeping on an air mattress, buying items I've already had previously to cook and eat with was annoying and aggravating. The original "Estimate" was hiked up another $1400 on top of all this. I'd rather have just bought all new things if I knew I was going to get a shady, incompetant company to trust with my stuff. To add insult to injury, I have emailed Claudia, the dispatcher, and have called with no follow-up whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money. This has been a disaster from the start.

I wasn't sure how to handle moving with a toddler, but working with Jorde really helped. They answered every question I had, from timing to how to handle the kids' furniture and toys. The movers were patient, efficient, and left no mess behind. Everything arrived safely, and the day felt a lot less chaotic than I expected. It made a big difference for our family.
Since the movers had invested in high-quality packing materials, I was able to relax while they handled the packing.
This moving company is top-notch! They handled my long-distance move with such professionalism. Every box was labeled and inventoried, and they gave me a detailed checklist. The movers were so polite and patient, even when we had to wait for the elevator. They placed everything exactly where I wanted in my new home, and not a single item was missing or broken. What stood out most was their commitment to double-checking everything before loading it onto the truck, giving me confidence that my belongings were in safe hands.
Excellent packaging services were provided. Each item was well-labeled and packed. They also offered additional cushioning to protect our China cabinet from damage during transportation.
