The representative Phillip Swain was personable and professional, and ensured I knew what to expect. David the truck driver was brilliant and had our stuff secured and shipped so we knew where it was en route. Our belongings arrived on time, furniture was unpacked and placed. Nothing was broken! I am super picky and they move and rearrange the furniture until it is just right and are always so sweet about it, like I’m not being a pain. Best movers ever!
I recently used Cross Country Movers for a full office move from our old space in downtown Ephrata to a new location just outside town, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial quote to the final box unpacked, everything went smoothly and professionally. The team arrived right on time, fully prepared with all the necessary equipment—padding, dollies, and even specialized crates for our sensitive office electronics and furniture. They handled everything with care, ensuring no dings or scratches on our desks, chairs, or filing cabinets. What impressed me most was their efficiency; they disassembled and reassembled our modular workstations without a hitch, and they even helped organize the cables for our IT setup to minimize downtime.
Following the conclusion of a rather disastrous roommate situation, which ended in me finding out that my roommate, who held the lease, had been pocketing my portion of the rent which I had been paying him, and not paying the landlird, I had approximately two weeks to pack up all my belongings, move them into storage, and move in with a very good friend of mine, before the NYC Marshall evicted us. Once I completed my packing, I contacted Cross Country Moversmade arrangement with them to move & store my belongings, and within a day or two, they were there & all of this was accomplished. During the time that my belongings were in storage, Divine was very understanding and compassionate of my situation and, when the time came for me to move my belongings out of storage and into the new home, where I am still living, Divine Moving and Storage was very easy to work with in setting up a day & time and made this final step in the process very easy and seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Divine to any one looking for a moving or storage company.
Drivers were excellent. Friendly, efficient, and courteous. Went above in my opinion since they had to deal with road seal coating and could not get to my driveway. They were unfazed! Wife and I were impressed. Thank you.
