One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.
I definitely will hire these nice Ukraine guy again. the price is good too didn’t have any surprises, everything is they told me before. the management also very good. I was texted them ask so many questions, they always answer my questions in time and with the very clear way. I strongly recommend them.

The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.
We had to relocate our small business over a weekend to avoid disrupting operations. And their movers came to our rescue! They packed, transported, and set up all our office furniture and computers in less time than we thought. By the next morning, we were ready to work without skipping a beat. Many thanks!
Don’t ever give a deposit. They subcontract amateurs. They will hire cheap unprofessional laborers who do not know how to move anything. They will be cheat you out of money, and damage most of your stuff. There is no customer service and they will not answer calls once they have your money. Stay away. Use a known professional moving company. Never give a deposit unless they did the quote in person at your home, which they will not do. First red flag.
This team made it so easy for me to move my daughter back home from college. We had a huge load to carry back but they worked fast and none was left behind. They even loaded her bike and other outdoor gear that wouldn’t fit in our car. Absolutely worth it.
They made moving super simple and easy, saved me a bunch of time. Would definitely recommend this company, and they charge a fair price.
