They were extremely communicative and thorough throughout the entire process. The price was reasonable compared to other companies I got quotes from. Fred and Adam were quick, careful and efficient with moving the antique table I was having delivered. I will be using them for future moves.
Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive. The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn. And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. Cross Country Movers is an absolute nightmare. PS: I will write an complain everyday on here so people will know till my stuff come and all my stuff needs to come undamaged and nothing missing Sincerely ANTHONY WATKINS !!!
I had a studio apartment with narrow hallways, and I was worried my large dresser wouldn’t make it out. The movers calmly measured the doorframe, removed the dresser drawers, and carried it out piece by piece. They reassured me the whole time, saying, “We’ve got this.” At my new place, they reassembled it perfectly.
Transferring from DE was a snap with these guys. Our furniture was in fantastic condition upon its return from the two weeks of storage, and the care we received was second to none. Since I am satisfied with their service, I have no qualms about recommending them to others.
Our team of Nick, Alex, Sergey, Khan, Maidar were fantastic. Long move and they were efficient, did everything we asked, and went above and beyond to make our moving day go well. Thank you! Would 100 percent use this team again
They were great from start to finish. Respectful, careful, efficient, thorough. They took care of difficult to handle 70 year old oil paintings like the professionals that they are. Good value as well! Would use them again in a heartbeat
They were very fast and efficient, but also carefully wrapped all of my furniture to make sure nothing was damaged during the move. Communication was clear throughout, and pricing was transparent with no surprise fees, and the team was friendly and easy to work with the entire day. If you're looking for movers who are reliable, careful, and efficient, I'd highly recommend Cross Country Movers I'll definitely use them again for any future moves.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
