The movers were strong, efficient, and very respectful of my home. They helped me move a giant antique dresser that I was worried wouldn't fit through the door.

Truly top‑tier movers.

My move involved a lot of stairs and an uphill path, and they tackled it without hesitation. They were careful, fast, and incredibly respectful of my belongings. They kept a great attitude the entire six hours and made sure everything arrived safely. Truly top‑tier movers.

Happy to Hire them

Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!

Poor estimate and poor communication

There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.

Just Horrible

I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them

All the furniture was carefully packed for shipping

All the furniture was carefully packed for shipping. We had no damage whatsoever. The three guys worked well together and had us completely moved, furniture in place and setup in a few hours. The cost was reasonable and Cross Country Movers is definitely my first choice if I have to move again.

They handled every item with great care,

They handled every item with great care, ensuring our furniture and boxes were moved safely without any damage. They were also extremely efficient, working quickly while never sacrificing attention to detail. I can't recommend this team enough. If you're looking for movers who are reliable, careful, and truly go above and beyond for their customers, this is the crew to hire!

If I could do zero star I would

They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.

These people suck!!

Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!

10 stars!!!!

All the guys went out of their way to move my grandmothers piano up a super high set of stairs. It was not easy and I appreciate their hard work. I will only use John and his crew for moving in the future. Super highly recommended!!! I can’t say enough how grateful I am for their service. 10 stars!!!!

they came prepared with the proper tools

I was moving a one bedroom with a considerable number of heavy furniture items, and they came prepared with the proper tools and manpower for the job.
