They handled every item with great care, ensuring our furniture and boxes were moved safely without any damage. They were also extremely efficient, working quickly while never sacrificing attention to detail. I can't recommend this team enough. If you're looking for movers who are reliable, careful, and truly go above and beyond for their customers, this is the crew to hire!

I’m glad I decided to call Cross Country Movers
Worked with Peter, Alexander and Ermaine and they did an incredible job. These guys were so careful with our stuff and were so fast. We were on the 3rd floor of our old apt and they got everything down to the truck super quick. I’m glad I decided to call Cross Country Movers, they really helped me and my girlfriend out when we needed it most

These people suck!!
Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Poor estimate and poor communication
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.

Highly recommended moving company!
Highly recommended moving company! Dennis was an excellent communicator throughout the entire experience, from scheduling, arrival time, work performed and payment. The team, led by Ariel, was very polite, professional and took such excellent care of the family baby grand piano move. The destination location had a couple of unexpected challenges but this A-TEAM handled it all brilliantly. Such a pleasant and professional group to work with! If you are looking for a responsive, professional, meticulous moving company, these are your people!

Just Horrible
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them

Great service!
The team made my move really stress free. The movers took care of all the larger items, wrapping and packing everything that was not in boxes, and it all came safe which was the main good point for me. I also liked that I could choose the dates for pick up and delivery, so I didn't have to worry about my plans and schedule, I knew exactly when the team and my belongings arrive and they were on time. Great service!

If I could do zero star I would
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.

What a great company to do business with. From the first phone call, I was very impressed. The owner, Dennis, is very professional. The 3 guys who moved me were great. They took great care with my furniture. Very reasonably priced. I will recommend to family and friends.

Happy to Hire them
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
