Happy to Hire them

Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!

had an incredible experience from the first call though the end of the day. I had all of my questions answered up front. The team reached out when they were on the way and showed up when they said they would. Jorge, Jair, and Duberli were great to work with! All the furniture was carefully packed for shipping. We had no damage whatsoever. The three guys worked well together and had us completely moved, furniture in place and setup in a few hours. The cost was reasonable and Cross Country Movers is definitely my first choice if I have to move again.

These people suck!!

Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Highly recommended moving company! Dennis was an excellent communicator throughout the entire experience, from scheduling, arrival time, work performed and payment. The team, led by Ariel, was very polite, professional and took such excellent care of the family baby grand piano move. The destination location had a couple of unexpected challenges but this A-TEAM handled it all brilliantly. Such a pleasant and professional group to work with!
