Moving company in Philadelphia, PA
All the furniture was carefully packed for shipping. We had no damage whatsoever. The three guys worked well together and had us completely moved, furniture in place and setup in a few hours. The cost was reasonable and Cross Country Movers is definitely my first choice if I have to move again.
The team made my move really stress free. The movers took care of all the larger items, wrapping and packing everything that was not in boxes, and it all came safe which was the main good point for me. I also liked that I could choose the dates for pick up and delivery, so I didn't have to worry about my plans and schedule, I knew exactly when the team and my belongings arrive and they were on time. Great service!
Although I didn’t move forward, based on my experience from start to finish, I’m confident that had my plans continued, it would have been a great experience. Thank you both for your excellent communication and support!
Clark and Andrew did an outstanding job delivering the vanity that I ordered. They were considerate of where they drove on the property, making sure that I approved everything before they proceeded. They were also careful getting the vanity into the house, assuring there was no damage. I am very pleased with their professionalism and would use their services again.
Highly recommended moving company! Dennis was an excellent communicator throughout the entire experience, from scheduling, arrival time, work performed and payment. The team, led by Ariel, was very polite, professional and took such excellent care of the family baby grand piano move. The destination location had a couple of unexpected challenges but this A-TEAM handled it all brilliantly. Such a pleasant and professional group to work with! had an incredible experience from the first call though the end of the day. I had all of my questions answered up front. The team reached out when they were on the way and showed up when they said they would. Jorge, Jair, and Duberli were great to work with! They worked so well it seemed like they had worked together for years. They were able to anticipate the needs of each other and prepared the next piece of furniture while the others were busy.

Wow did we get lucky when we had an urgent move without only two days lead time and called good neighbors moving company. They helped us out by scheduling a move with two very professional men who were pleasant and efficient. They were even flexible with the arrival time for the movers since we were operating under a close deadline.
