The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
I had to move out right before winter hit. The guys worked through the cold without complaining once. They wrapped everything and even helped cover a few boxes, so nothing got wet.
It wasn’t the best time to move since it was winter, but I had no choice. The movers came prepared with covers and kept the floors clean and dry. The steps were icy, so it took a little longer, but they stayed careful the whole time. Richard kept everyone focused and calm.
When we had to move fast, Compass Moving Group LLC answered my call and sent a crew the same day. They worked nonstop, stayed upbeat, and somehow finished before it got dark outside.
The movers arrived on time and worked carefully throughout the day. They organized my boxes well and placed everything in the correct rooms. I settled into my new home much faster than expected.

The move was scheduled weeks in advance, and the forecast for that day called for heavy storms. We called and asked them to reschedule, but they said that they would be coming. They had brought tarps, wrapped up all the furniture, and covered the inside of the new house with plastic. Everything stayed dry. It was awesome how they handled it!
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
