Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
The movers arrived on time and worked carefully throughout the day. They organized my boxes well and placed everything in the correct rooms. I settled into my new home much faster than expected.
The move was scheduled weeks in advance, and the forecast for that day called for heavy storms. We called and asked them to reschedule, but they said that they would be coming. They had brought tarps, wrapped up all the furniture, and covered the inside of the new house with plastic. Everything stayed dry. It was awesome how they handled it!
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
Moving is usually very stressful, but Compass Moving Group LLC made it go by quite fast. They showed up early in the morning, and they immediately started packing the kitchen items with a lot of care. It was nice to see a team that actually enjoys working together to get the job done.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
Our small office had way more desks and filing cabinets than I realized until we actually started moving. The guys arrived and got straight to the point by clearing out the back rooms first. They managed the tight hallway near the breakroom perfectly and kept the boxes organized so I could find my files later. It was a very busy afternoon, but the crew stayed polite and finished the job faster than I expected.
I finally moved into my own place after years of sharing a house. The guys took my heavy oak dresser and the large floor mirror and handled them with total focus. I was worried about the glass, but they used thick padding to keep it safe. John and the team made the move into my first solo spot feel a lot less overwhelming. I’m happy to finally be unpacked and settled.
The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
Had a massive amount of stuff to shift, and this company handled the entire load. They were very quiet and just focused on getting the truck packed as tightly as possible. I noticed they spent extra time securing the items that looked like they might slide around during the drive. Once we reached the destination, they unloaded all the things that I pointed out.
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
