Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.
The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
I am a mechanic in a garage and have a lot of heavy tools, toolboxes, car parts, etc. I am an independent mechanic and have a lot of heavy tools, toolboxes, car parts and other equipment in my garage. I was loaded without a single wrench being spilled by the crew, thanks to heavy-duty ramps and straps.
The move was scheduled weeks in advance, and the forecast for that day called for heavy storms. We called and asked them to reschedule, but they said that they would be coming. They had brought tarps, wrapped up all the furniture, and covered the inside of the new house with plastic. Everything stayed dry. It was awesome how they handled it!
I was impressed by how efficiently everything was handled. The team stayed professional throughout and made sure every detail was taken care of. It was a stress-free experience from start to finish.
I had a great experience with these guys during my recent move. The team showed up right on time, handled everything carefully, and worked efficiently. They made a stressful day into a super easy one.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
Everything went smoothly from the first phone call to the final delivery. The team was organized, friendly, and worked hard to finish the move on schedule. Highly recommended.
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
