Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
I was impressed with how carefully the movers wrapped and loaded my belongings. Everything arrived in good condition, and the team maintained a positive attitude the entire time. The move was much less stressful than I expected.
Our office move included 12 desks, chairs, and multiple computers. Compass Moving Group LLC wrapped and labeled everything, loaded quickly, and had us back in business by the next day. Their efficiency was incredible. I recommend them completely.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.
We moved during the middle of summer, and it was extremely hot outside. The movers worked steadily, took short water breaks, and still kept everything moving smoothly. Their effort and attitude made the day easier.
I'm sorry to say that our home complex was very small and cramped, but the movers handled it so well. They, with the help of small trolleys and lifting straps, carried heavy furniture safely, without damaging the walls. This experience certainly felt through their move. Highly recommended.
I just wanted to move the home office. The team had it all wrapped, loaded, and set back up in my new dedicated office room in under two hours. I highly recommend it for small and precise jobs.
Our office setup move from IL to OH involved heavy desks and computer systems. The movers packed items carefully and labeled boxes for easy setup. They worked in a way that kept downtime to a minimum. By the next morning, the office was ready for work.
