Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
I was relieved that they could stay for as long as we needed them to because I had underestimated how long it would take. I am grateful for their help today; they were true professionals.
The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.
We hired Compass Moving Group LLC movers to help my elderly parents relocate to a retirement home. The team was incredibly patient and attentive, even going the extra mile to ensure delicate items were carefully handled. They took the time to explain everything to my parents, and delivered everything safely. They settled in comfortably thanks to them!
I'm sorry to say that our home complex was very small and cramped, but the movers handled it so well. They, with the help of small trolleys and lifting straps, carried heavy furniture safely, without damaging the walls. This experience certainly felt through their move. Highly recommended.
The crew worked quickly without sacrificing quality. They treated my furniture with respect and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
When the movers arrived to help me pack the miscellaneous items I had either forgotten or didn't know how to pack correctly, I was relieved that there weren't any hidden expenses and that the flat rate was acceptable. Hiring Compass Moving Group LLC was a stroke of genius.
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.

I ordered pizza for the crew, but they didn't stop working until the job was done perfectly. They managed to move me in few hours and did a great job.
