Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
Crates of kitchenware were stacked to the ceiling, and I felt completely stuck before the morning crew arrived. My previous experience with movers involved scratched floors, so I held my breath as they moved the heavy dining set. However, the team handled my glass display cases with such care that I finally started to breathe normally. They navigated the front porch steps with total ease.
These guys saved me at the last minute when another company canceled on me the night before. Showed up early, worked nonstop, and didn't complain about my third-floor walk-up. Left my place clean too. Highly recommend.
I was impressed with how carefully the movers wrapped and loaded my belongings. Everything arrived in good condition, and the team maintained a positive attitude the entire time. The move was much less stressful than I expected.
I do not leave many reviews, but I am leaving one for Compass Moving Group LLC. I had to move my son into his first apartment after college. He did not have much, but what he had was important to him. His desk was a mess of cords and computer parts, and the movers wrapped it all up without unplugging anything, so he would not have to set it up again. His bike was also a problem because apartments are not easy with bikes, but they strapped it to the side of the truck, and it arrived fine. At his new place, they carried everything up three floors and asked where he wanted his desk. He told me later that the movers were cool and did not make him feel like a kid.
Not much to say other than everything worked out fine. Compass Moving Group LLC did a great job! Everything went smoothly!
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
The move was scheduled weeks in advance, and the forecast for that day called for heavy storms. We called and asked them to reschedule, but they said that they would be coming. They had brought tarps, wrapped up all the furniture, and covered the inside of the new house with plastic. Everything stayed dry. It was awesome how they handled it!
