Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
The crew worked quickly without sacrificing quality. They treated my furniture with respect and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
The movers transferred everything, including bulky goods upstairs, from our two-bedroom apartment to our new home in three and a half hours. Without their help, we could not finish the move so easily.
It was the best move we've ever done, and we just concluded a long-distance move with two apartment stops. The three capable individuals that comprised the crew impressed me with their expertise and meticulousness.
My long-distance move was made stress-free by them. The team was polite and careful to ensure my goods were secure in transit. Everything came on schedule and in excellent shape. Well worth the charges!
The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.
I'm sorry to say that our home complex was very small and cramped, but the movers handled it so well. They, with the help of small trolleys and lifting straps, carried heavy furniture safely, without damaging the walls. This experience certainly felt through their move. Highly recommended.
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
The movers from Compass Moving LLC were fantastic to work with. Their punctuality, organization, politeness, and condition were all top-notch. Everything went smoothly with the move.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Compass Moving Group LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
