Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
They offer a one-of-a-kind furniture protection package! Their furniture blankets and moving pads ensured our precious items were safe and sound. From couches to dressers, they wrapped it all up like pros, protecting them from any scratches or dings. An excellent investment for anyone moving valuable furniture.
In every way, this moving company has blown me away. They moved my baby's cot and changing table expertly and carefully wrapped each item. The furniture's bolts and nuts were also packed in seal bags to keep them from getting destroyed. Best service overall.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
We moved into a rental home a few weeks ago from a standard two-bedroom apartment, and the move went smoothly. We rate them 10/10 since it exceeded our expectations!
These pros were impressive. They showed up on time, loaded up all my furniture and boxes, and made sure everything was secure and stable for the drive to my new place. They didn’t have any trouble with my finicky IKEA bookshelf, which I had struggled to assemble myself. They were so quick and efficient that I couldn’t believe how fast they got everything done. They exceeded my expectations.
The movers arrived on time and worked carefully throughout the day. They organized my boxes well and placed everything in the correct rooms. I settled into my new home much faster than expected.
The move was scheduled weeks in advance, and the forecast for that day called for heavy storms. We called and asked them to reschedule, but they said that they would be coming. They had brought tarps, wrapped up all the furniture, and covered the inside of the new house with plastic. Everything stayed dry. It was awesome how they handled it!
The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Compass Moving Group LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
