Avoid Compass Moving and Titan Van Lines!

PLEASE read the one star reviews on Compass Moving and their client Titan Van Lines...there are so many for a reason. Absolutely horrible experience from a company that literally holds your belongings hostage as they tell you you must pay them more for the move to continue. The highlights: *Booked them through the broker (Compass Moving)...Compass should be ashamed for supporting Titan *READ ALL THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU COMMIT...apparently they can keep asking for more and more funds even up to delivery day *Disrespectful employees...as your frustration grows, so does their rudeness *No professional equipment or employees...they literally flipped our furniture up our stairs, end to end, damaging several pieces *Continual delays and lack of communication *THEY HOLD YOUR BELONGINGS HOSTAGE! The original quote rose exponentially over time, they refused to give receipts for the extra funds paid *BE AWARE...you will see the same comments in all the one star reviews...all the above is their pattern of business

It was awesome how they handled it!

The move was scheduled weeks in advance, and the forecast for that day called for heavy storms. We called and asked them to reschedule, but they said that they would be coming. They had brought tarps, wrapped up all the furniture, and covered the inside of the new house with plastic. Everything stayed dry. It was awesome how they handled it!

Broken agreements.

The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.

Super professional and fast service

After selling my home, I moved into a temporary apartment while waiting for my new place to be ready. I had large furniture that barely fit through the doors, but the movers didn't get frustrated once. They disassembled what was needed and protected every item. The way they maneuvered my oversized sofa without scratching the walls was genuinely impressive.

Worst company

We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….

These people suck!!

The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.

Worst Joke Ever.

I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.

Efficient, priced fairly, on time.

I relocated my home business and had to move several shelves of inventory, display tables, and packaging supplies. Everything had to stay organized, or it would’ve been a nightmare to unpack. The movers followed my labels and placed the boxes exactly where I needed them. Their attention to detail made the difference. Honestly, it was a smooth move.

Faultless service!

As I was removing items from a storage unit, these men were extremely cautious with the dusty boxes and antiques that were within. There was no damage to anything, including my glass dining table.
