The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
These guys were fantastic! They were really organized and completed the work swiftly. They made it easy for me to schedule their services, and William was really careful and skilled in setting everything up. He informed me of the precise arrival time of Phillip and his colleagues.
The crew worked quickly without sacrificing quality. They treated my furniture with respect and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….

The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
Thanks to the helpful advise of an educated salesperson, the transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and the outstanding internet ratings, my son and I decided to move closer to our family. I fully support what they have to offer.
This company is a total rip off. They hire any person off the street to accept contracts on behalf of them. They quote a low price and then movers that are contracted to move you are just kids and people who need a little cash, have zero skills in moving. For a move to go 1 and 1/2 hours away they took over 12 hours and complained the whole way and actually blamed me. They were dropping everything, throwing things around and they just a bunch of street kids who probably got a truck for cheap. The original quote was 4400 which is higher then normal. Then they come and pick up everything and refuse to take credit cards only cash or zelle. They are all crooks from the top up and I wish I had researched them more bc I would found all there litigations and terrible reviews! And the name is a rip off of another company- they call themselves a moving broker- compass moving group. This was the worst experience of my life and what should've cost 3k came out to 7k. Totally unprofessional, extortion and crooks.
Just had the best moving experience ever! The movers were on time, polite, and worked really hard. They wrapped all my furniture with thick pads and took great care of my fragile items. Not a single scratch on anything! The whole move took less than 7 hours, which is amazing considering it was a long-distance move. Highly recommend!
We can't express how much we appreciate their assistance with our move. I appreciate everything you did to make my transition to my new home easy. Nothing was broken. The price was considerably cheaper than other moving competitors. The prompt attention I got to my questions and concerns made me feel like I was their most important client.
