Although moving may be stressful, this firm, upbeat demeanor made all the difference. The entire process was pleasant, starting with the first conversation with Charles, who patiently addressed all of my questions, and ending with the cheerful crew that arrived on schedule.
The crew worked quickly without sacrificing quality. They treated my furniture with respect and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
The drive to NY took a while, of course, but the company kept me updated with regular texts letting me know my stuff was safe and on track. The movers arrived in NJ exactly when they said they would, and unloaded everything with the same care they showed during loading. They helped me assemble my bed frame, which was a great deal after such a long journey!
I have a home gym with some really heavy equipment, including a treadmill and a weight bench. The movers brought a dolly and straps to handle the treadmill, and they took the time to disassemble the weight bench for easier transport. At the new house, they reassembled everything and made sure the treadmill was positioned on a flat surface to avoid wobbling. I couldn’t believe how efficiently they handled such heavy items.
The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
