The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
This company outsources moves to fraudulent third-party movers and then disappears when problems arise. Please don’t make the same mistake I did—avoid this company at all costs. Spend the extra money to hire a reputable moving service. It’s worth it.
Do not hire this company. First they dont mention theyre a broker. Your quote will increase 3 fold of more the movers they hire dont care about your things at all and good luck filling a claim for damaged items. Im out a 70 in tv and $300 in fishing poles. Companys a joke and have no clue how they are able to keep ripping people off and not get shut down. Big time false advertising and false information and misleading company.
We were moving out of town, and the team was so organized. Richard took charge of labeling the boxes, writing down which ones contained fragile items and which room they belonged in. He used furniture sliders to move heavy items like my bookshelf, which helped protect the floors. They secured all the furniture in the truck with straps and padded corners. When unloading, they laid out all the rugs first so the furniture would sit right in place. David also helped me set up my TV stand, which was a nice touch.
Managing a relocation and a full-time job seemed difficult, yet the moving crew accommodated my schedule. They came early, were productive, and completed sooner than expected. I'm very happy!
The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.

They even went out of their way to help us donate items we no longer needed by transporting them to a nearby charity. We’re glad we hired them!
