I'm sorry to say that our home complex was very small and cramped, but the movers handled it so well. They, with the help of small trolleys and lifting straps, carried heavy furniture safely, without damaging the walls. This experience certainly felt through their move. Highly recommended.
Under Smith guidance, the once-single-story walk-up was expanded to encompass two floors. Amazing! Everyone on the crew did an outstanding job, and I appreciate it. I can see why people responded well to it now.
Compass Moving Group LLC made my move stress-free as hell. James & Jack communicated with me every step of the way and made sure everything was wrapped and packed safely, including my delicate china and crystal glasses. They also used labels and color codes to organize my boxes and make unpacking easier.
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
Compass Moving LLC was outstanding. My movers were really skilled, showed up on schedule, and moved our stuff quickly. Additionally, they managed to cram a couch into our flat, which was difficult to move. Well worth the money!
The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
I was impressed with how carefully the movers wrapped and loaded my belongings. Everything arrived in good condition, and the team maintained a positive attitude the entire time. The move was much less stressful than I expected.
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
